Interesting and Memorable Walking Tour of Kampala with Jesh! - We (mom and 2 kids, ages 12 and 14) really enjoyed our walking tour of Kampala with Jesh. Although the city is so busy and crowded, we felt safe with him and trusted his guidance on crossing the streets and visiting neighborhoods we would have never have otherwise experienced. He was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. The highlight of the trip was seeing the city from the top of the minaret at the Uganda National Mosque right at sunset. It was magical and so peaceful after walking through the hectic city. Other parts of the tour included Makerere University, a slum (which was very saddening and hard to witness), the taxi park, a traditional market, the independence memorial, and a bonus Indian parade! We did not get any street food or snacks. Jesh was hospitable and kind and I would definitely recommend this tour!

The guides were super friendly, and I felt like I was walking with friends rather than on a tour. It’s the best way to e - "An unforgettable experience in Kampala!" Walking through the city with The Heart of Walking Adventure was one of the best decisions I made while visiting Uganda. The guides were so friendly and knowledgeable, sharing hidden gems and local stories that you won’t find in any travel book. I got to explore vibrant markets, taste authentic street food, and see Kampala’s culture up close. It felt safe, exciting, and full of life every step of the way. I highly recommend this walking adventure to any tourist who wants to truly feel the heartbeat of Kampala. It’s not just a tour—it’s a memory you’ll carry home. 🌍✨
