Lake Victoria Equator Entebbe - Upon arrival at the pier, check in for your boat transfer to Ngamba Island. After a brief orientation and life jacket fitting, board either a speedboat or a traditional motorized canoe, depending on your package. The boat ride lasts about 45 minutes, offering stunning views of Lake Victoria, fishing boats, and small islands.

Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary - Upon arrival, the sanctuary staff will warmly welcome you. A brief orientation session will introduce the sanctuary’s history, the chimpanzees’ stories, and the conservation mission.

Ngamba Island - Head to the chimpanzee viewing platform to witness the morning feeding session. This is a unique opportunity to observe the chimps as they interact, play, and feed. Sanctuary staff will explain their behavior, hierarchy, and rehabilitation process.
After the feeding, enjoy a guided tour around the visitor areas, including the chimpanzee night enclosures, interpretation center, and optional boardwalk trails. During your walk, you might also spot monitor lizards, birds, and lake otters.
