Transfer to Bwindi Forest
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After breakfast, the journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park begins. Travelers will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for a flight to Kisoro Airstrip. Upon arrival, they will be welcomed by their guide and driven to Bwindi. In the afternoon, guests can choose to relax at the lodge or visit the Batwa community, offering an insight into their culture through their lifestyle, dance, and captivating stories.

Gorilla Trekking Day in Bwindi Forest
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest - After breakfast, with packed lunch in hand, the guide will drive guests to the park headquarters for a briefing on the guidelines for gorilla trekking. The gorilla trekking adventure begins immediately after the briefing. This unforgettable experience involves observing Mountain gorillas as they feed, play, and engage in daily activities. The trek can last from 2 to 8 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location and movement. Expect to walk long distances in muddy and steep conditions, necessitating a walking stick. Upon encountering the gorillas, guests will spend one hour with them, taking photos and observing their fascinating social interactions and behaviors that closely resemble human actions. Later, they will trek back to the park headquarters to collect their certificates and return to the lodge.
Departure from Entebbe
Entebbe - After breakfast, guests will be transferred from the lodge in Bwindi to Entebbe for their flight back home.

The adventure starts in the urban environment of Kampala and transitions into the village setting of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a tropical rainforest home to a variety of primate species. In this forest, you will have the opportunity to track gorillas, while other trails offer bird watching and nature walks, featuring numerous bird species such as the Blue Turaco, Black Casqued Hornbills, Black and White Hornbills, Woodland Kingfishers, and Flycatchers. If time allows, a community visit is highly recommended to experience the fascinating lifestyle of the indigenous people.
