Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Murchison Falls National Park - After breakfast, embark on a drive to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. At the top of the falls, a scenic viewpoint awaits where you can witness the Nile forcing its way through a narrow gap, continuing its journey into Lake Albert. Sir Samuel Baker named the falls after Sir Roderick Murchison, president of the Royal Geographical Society. The falls give their name to the surrounding Murchison Falls National Park.
Game Drive and Boat Safari
Murchison Falls National Park - Today is your day to explore the wild. Enjoy a game drive, offering the chance to see animals such as antelopes, Rothschild giraffes, lions, elephants, warthogs, and buffaloes. Return for lunch and relaxation, then embark on a Nile cruise to the base of the falls. Along the River Nile, you will see hippos, crocodiles, and birds.
Travel to Fort Portal
Kibale National Park - Today, begin your journey to Kibale Forest, passing through the beautiful scenery of tea plantations. Stop for lunch in Fort Portal town.
Chimpanzee Trekking and Swamp Walk
Kibale National Park - It’s Chimpanzee day. Prepare for the exciting chimpanzee tracking mission, the park’s most thrilling activity. An experienced forest ranger will guide you in the morning. During the forest walk, you may also see other primates like the red-tailed monkey and black-and-white colobus monkey. After lunch, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a nature walk, a local community initiative.

Queen Elizabeth National Park - In the morning, relax at your lodge before continuing to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Bunyangabu Beekeepers Cooperative along the Kasese-Fort Portal road. Fresh comb honey is available from March-May and August-November. Experience honey processing, taste honey from the comb, and even make your own candles to take home.
Game Drive at Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park - Start the day early with a morning game drive after breakfast. Search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, and other wildlife in their natural habitat before returning for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a waterway between Lake Edward and Lake George. Observe birds, hippos cooling off in the waters, elephants, and buffaloes. Overnight at your accommodation.
Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi Forest National Park
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered Mountain Gorillas. Explore the village and native communities through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Gorilla Adventure Day
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After an early breakfast, attend a briefing by park officials at the headquarters. Proceed to the Impenetrable Forest for gorilla tracking with a packed lunch. Wear jungle boots as tracking involves walking up steep, densely forested hills before encountering the gorillas in their preferred habitat of dense tropical vegetation. After lunch, visit the local communities around the park to learn about their history.
Kampala City
Kampala - This marks the end of your wild tour of Uganda. Travel back to Kampala with a stopover at the Equator.
