Amazing photoshoot !!! - Did a photoshoot here in goa at taj during my vacation , Nester and aimy from vsnapu were very helpful and cooperating with the shoot , loved all the pics that were clicked would definitely recommend vsnapu services to whoever comes to goa!!

Over all a fun shoot ! - It's a lovely concept n the guys were also very cordial n friendly . The photographer team is good but yes the improvement needs to be done for the editing team. The pictures after editing was not upto the mark.

Just average - I booked a Beach Photoshoot for my family of 10. The day of the event photos turned out great. However, there were 6 handoffs from the first contact to the actual photographer who came out, each one passing the buck to the next guy by giving a WhatsApp number of the next guy. No explanation, no apologies. Every time I had to explain what I wanted for the event. Horrible! On the day of the event, a photographer just showed up with a camera, no lighting, no assistant, no props, no creativity. It was supposed to be a 11am shoot on the beach but he showed up late and ended up taking the photos at the hotel, which was nice setting lush and green but that is not what I wanted. To make up for their lack of a plan, I suggested several candid poses. I don’t believe they have any experience or even googled any family photo ideas. To make up for their goof, he stayed later and took more photos and they did give me extra photos than the 30. Hence the 3 star rating, otherwise it would have been 2 star rating.

From start to finish, the entire journey was filled with false promises, poor coordination, endless follow‑ups, and absolute lack of accountability. What should have been a smooth and well‑planned shoot turned into a nightmare. The biggest issue was the people handling the project, especially the person managing the Goa shoots, Rohan. Based on my experience, he is completely unreliable. He confidently makes fake commitments and tall promises, but when it comes to actual execution or final delivery, he has no answers at all. He keeps delaying, dodging questions, and never provides clear timelines. It was very evident that he himself was not aware of how things would be executed on the ground. There was no scope of escalating concerns either. No matter how many times we raised issues, nothing was resolved. It felt like once the payment was made, the customer no longer mattered. Another major gimmick VsnapU uses is their so‑called “mood boarding session.” We paid a huge amount expecting a creative, well‑planned shoot aligned with what was discussed. In reality, nothing happens as per the mood boarding session. It is just a marketing trap to charge more money. Our shoot turned out to be extremely normal and generic, with no creativity or execution aligned to what was promised. The most shocking and unacceptable part was that the cameraman and the ground team had no idea about our mood boarding discussion. They did not have our mood board, had no script, and were completely clueless about what was planned. This clearly shows zero internal coordination within VsnapU and proves that the mood boarding session is meaningless. We also faced: Last‑minute location changes Improper and unprofessional ground team execution Poor planning Delayed deliverables Multiple follow‑ups just to get basic responses Stubborn refusal to make reasonable customer‑requested changes Rohan’s attitude throughout was extremely adamant and inflexible, even when the issues were clearly from their end. There was no ownership, no customer empathy, and no willingness to fix mistakes. Adding to this, Shubham Chaubey was another major disappointment. During the pitching phase, he will confidently try to impress you by giving examples like VsnapU appearing on Shark Tank and make everything sound extremely professional and premium. However, once the advance payment is done, he completely vanishes. No follow‑ups, no responsibility, and no support. It feels like all the enthusiasm exists only until the payment is received. Overall, I truly feel that I burned my hard‑earned money. The pricing is absolutely not justified by the quality of service or professionalism delivered. The entire experience was mentally draining and deeply disappointing. God help you if you get Rohan as your coordinator. Based on my experience, expect fake promises, poor execution, and zero accountability. Before choosing VsnapU, I strongly recommend that you go through a genuine series of reviews, not just the curated or promotional ones. What they promise during sales calls and mood boarding sessions is very different from what they actually deliver. I would never recommend VsnapU to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent, and professional photography team.

No show-Wastage of your Time and Money - No coordination, made me wait for 2 hours at the location and no show, could not even bother to show up. Wasted hours in co-ordination and had the audacity to not communicate a solid time or even show up, or the bare minimum- which is picking up the call :)

Pathetic - Not worth, no professionalism, No creativity, pictures clicked by layman are even better, stayed at W Goa, thought they must be good if W Goa have fired them, but totally disappointed, really pathetic service, a totally waste of money

They will make you beg for the final delievery - Really unprofessional team Till the shoot and final payment u will feel amaze like you are dealing with the such professional team. But when time will arrive to get your output they will make u beg for the things you have already paid a handsome amount. No onw will answer your calls and message, when they will feel comfortable they will complete your project. Your time is not worthy for them.
