Royal Botanical Gardens - The Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden, Sri Lanka’s largest and most frequented botanical garden, spans approximately 147 acres. Established in 1821 during the British era, with origins tracing back to the 14th century, it boasts a diverse collection of tropical and subtropical plants. Kandy Lake Club - Cultural Dance Show - The Kandy Lake Club Cultural Dance Show is among Sri Lanka’s most celebrated cultural performances. It showcases traditional dance forms from various regions of Sri Lanka, highlighting the island’s heritage through rhythm, costume, music, and ritual. The one-hour show includes a range of performances such as Kandyan classical dances, Low Country and folk dances, mask dances, and several animal-inspired dances like the peacock dance. The performance also features powerful drumming segments and a dramatic fire dance and fire-walking finale, which is a major attraction for visitors.

Dambulla Cave Temple - Dambulla Cave Temple is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. With ample ventilation, the high ceiling is adorned with intricate paintings. Declared a World Heritage Site in 1991, it houses 153 Buddha statues and numerous paintings. The site’s history dates back 2,700 years and was transformed into a Buddhist temple by King Valagambahu in the 1st century. The complex comprises five caves of varying sizes, offering unique souvenirs. The rock stands 153 meters high, with the temple carved at its summit.
Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress - Sigiriya, also known as the Lion Rock, is an ancient rock fortress located in the northern part of the Central Province. Historical records indicate it was made the capital of Sri Lanka by King Kashyapa (477 – 495 CE), who adorned the rock with a palace, frescoes cave, mirror wall inscribed with ancient poems, and an intricate water system of canals, pools, and natural air conditioning in the garden. After the king’s reign, the rock town became a Buddhist monastery for a period before falling into ruin. The archaeological remains have been recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
