On the way to Nuwara Eliya, we’ll make a brief stop to appreciate the scenic tea bush lookout, Ramboda waterfalls, and visit a tea factory and plantation. Upon reaching Nuwara Eliya, you’ll notice its ‘Little England’ ambiance, which is reminiscent of a quaint British countryside town. The area is dotted with colonial bungalows, hotels evoking Tudor architecture, meticulously maintained hedges, and charming gardens.

Fantastic team who will take great care of you! - Aaliya Tours were fantastic! They were very reactive from the moment we fist entered into contact with them, up until we reached Sri Lanka and of course throughout our trip. They handled the transportation from and to the airport as well as two day trips around Kandy and everything was impeccable. We asked for a trip fit for a couple with an 18 months baby and they really were very considerate towards our baby and made sure the plan was adapted for our family. Everyone was super kind and friendly (especially Irfan). I highly recommend them!

A great day of increased knowledge - I had a very wonderful experience.
Thanks to the kind guidance, I not only deepened my knowledge but also made it easier mentally.
The driving was very polite and I was able to alleviate the fatigue.
He also asked me to bring up his phone if I told him I couldn't make a call and told me to contact him here.

Beautiful nature tour! - Our guide Ilham was amazing, we wanted to focus on nature and he tailored the trip letting us visit the botanical gardens and spend more time where we wanted. Hugely knowledgable and friendly. Really made the day exceptional.

Trip must take while in Sri Lanka - We really enjoyed the trip from Kandy to Nuware , the landscape will take your breath while driving towards the beautiful city, the beautiful bambo water falls was a great hike, another stop was the tea factory where you would see the process for making the different kinds of tea.
We was lucky with the tour guide Mohamed Adhil, very respectful and honest man, picked us up from the hotel exactly on time, very knowledgeable with the country history and heritage sites.
I highly recommend any one would visit Sri Lanka to take this trip and enjoy every minute during it.

Awesome tour!! - Mr Adhil picked us up promptly at 08:00 at our designated location. With a smooth and comfortable drive we started off at a small tea factory, one of the oldest possibly. Our next stop was a picturesque tea plantation all en route to Nuwara Eliya. Next stop on the route was the Hanuman temple where my wife had enough time for prayer while I enjoyed the scenery overlooking the river below. Next on the tour was the waterfall, beautiful views after the hike up to the top ( be prepared for a bit of a cardio and legs day work out). Be sure to have comfortable shoes that can handle rocky surfaces, but I managed fine with flipflops. After the waterfalls we headed in to the town of Nuwara Eliya and enjoyed Indian cuisine lunch overlooking Gregory Lake, choice is all yours though. After lunch we made an additional stop at the Sita temple for more pooja then headed back to Kandy. Thanks to Mr Adhil for being so accommodating and including the additional stop of Sita temple on our itinerary. Great driver and conversationalist too. Highly recommend this tour, day well spent.

Nice day tour from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya - Adhil picked us up on time and before we started the ride we discussed the route and what our preferences would be. Adhil drove very responsible and careful, excellent English skills and huge knowledge about Sri Lanka and its history. We went to a smaller tea factory, hiked up on a waterfall, had a walk through the tea plantations and stopped at the most beautiful fruit booth to have fresh coconuts and bananas. Thanks again Adhil for the tour!

A beautiful day out - We were picked up promptly at 8h30 by our driver Adhil. We went to Kandy viewpoint and then drove on to Nuwara Eliya with several stops on the way: Hindu temple, waterfall, tea plantation with interesting guided tour and good lunch and visit to Nuwara. The landscapes were amazing. It was a very pleasant day thanks to Adhil who took his time to show us all the nice places. Adhil is an excellent driver and took good care of us. We booked the trip only the day before, communication with Aaliya was easy. Highly recommended!

A relaxing and enjoyable trip - Irfan was assigned to be our driver guide on our day trip to Nuwara Eliya. We had a good time as Irfan made it a point to understand and cater to our needs and preference. Irfan was very personable in his service. Besides covering the main sights, he also went out of his way to make little stops to buy the local snacks and fruits for us to try which made our trip more interesting. He was also very helpful with his advice on other places to visit during our three-day stay in Nuwara. Most of all, Irfan was a very safe driver and that made it a relaxing and enjoyable trip for us.
