Very bad experience - Very bad experience. There was no information reading the timings of the tour till the very end. I contacted the tour operator 2-3 times and there was response. Finally after contacting 2nd time I got the response from the Viator chat and they told me to keep my day free as at any time they could reach us. That was the worst response I heard and then I cancelled all my bookings as I booked 4 same tours. Still there is no confirmation regarding the refund.
