Hassle-Free KIX Pickup with Excellent Service - Excellent service—completely seamless and hassle-free. My driver, Lucas Sun, was very communicative and gave clear, specific instructions on where to meet, which made everything so easy after landing. I had originally booked for 16:30 but realized my flight was landing earlier at 15:39—he was gracious enough to adjust, let me know he’d arrive at 15:50, and wait for me. Really appreciated the flexibility. It set the tone for a great start to my trip in Japan.

Lucas, our driver,... - Lucas, our driver, arrived early at our air b&b, loaded up our luggage, installed the baby car seat that he brought and drove us promptly to the airport. Saved us a lot of time. Will book again!

Awesome choice - After a long flight, it was lovely taking a relaxing car ride to our hotel. My driver communicated with me as soon as I landed at the airport. Updating him as we navigated thru the airport and exited at designated pickup location. Kind and respectful, it was truly a worthwhile experience. Truly thankful 🙏🏼

ABUSIVE and Corrupt Company - The company did not provide the service and only took my money. They didn’t even bother to answer me and ignored my situation. I hired a transfer from the airport to a hotel in Osaka. I hired the service for two elderly ladies of 84 years of age. They simply ignored the Viator system and used only their system. I wasted all my money and didn’t receive the service. 12pm of the transportation day they contacted me and said that to change the time of meu transportation would cost me an extra 4000 yen, simply for the fact that the time was wrong and to change the time of the service you have to pay 20 more dollars. I even hired the Meet and Greet option and payed that in advance so my tip to you is don’t pay in advance, they will rob you of your money! Customer service and experience was terrible and trying to como to a resolution wasn’t possible since they didn’t even answer no more or even pick the phone up to talk to the paying costumer. Simply Viator and also this Chinese company simply didn’t do anything for the costumer. I still don’t know what to do since I can’t come to an agreement.
