A+ driver - Driver was communicative and on time. Unfortunately his tire blew and he got a flat but handled it safely and efficiently. He did his best to get us as close to the airport entrance as he could.

Highly Recommended!! Very Professional! - Very responsive. Days ahed they provided name of driver, plate number, vehicle type and tine they are arriving. They arrived on time. I ordered 2 vehicles as I have a big family and they both showed up and helped on the bags!! Very professional!! Highly recommended!!!

Highly recommended!!! - Very nice transfer company. I ordered 2 vehicle transfer from them because my family is big. They came in with 2 large vans enough for the family and our luggages. They are on time. They communicated what vehicle is coming, what time, driver name and plate number. Very prompt on replying on questions. Highly recommended!!

Comfortable ride - Comfortable vehicle. I had to approach different cars near my hotel to determine which one was my driver. I showed a screen shot of my voucher to confirm the company name. Osaka airport is about 40 minutes from the city. Highly recommend minivan if two people have multiple bags from all the lovely souvenirs in Japan

Highly recommended - Had a 7 am flight out of KIX and booked the transfer using this company. company communicated with me the day before about pickup details. Driver showed up on time and was waiting for me by the time I left the hotel lobby. Car was a sedan and was very clean. Driver was very professional and courteous. If you have an early morning flight out of KIX and aren’t able to take the train, I would highly recommend booking this transfer

Comfy and safe Ride to KIX - Mr Xu arrived early and was waiting for me at curbside of the hotel. The shuttle van was comfy, safe amd AC was good. Great service and safe driving.
