THE BEST SNORKELING TOUR EVER!! - The tour started out with our exceptional Driver, He's very friendly and skilled driverand also with very good English. The pick up at the hotel worked very well and we were well taken care of. The whole day was a nice experience. The snorkling was fun and enjoyable. We also went for the water fall and then ended the trip at a coffee farm.

A must experience in Bali! - This was by far the highlight of my trip! You get to see a completely different side of Bali away from the crowds. Everything from the on-time hotel transfer in a nice clean van, to the river rafting, lunch and then the ATV activity made for a wonderful experience. The guides were highly skilled and experienced, and the activities felt very safe for all ages. Highly recommend going early in the morning to beat the crowds and the heat!

Best value snorkeling - The tour was good value and enjoyable. Our driver was patient and safe taking us to the port. The snorkeling was good, lunch was good as was the waterfall.

Easy Adventure - We had the best day. Our driver was fantastic, friendly, kind and patient. The snorkelling was really cool. We saw a lot of beautiful fish and the ATV’s was a very fun way to end our day. Highly recommend this tour.

Honeymoon fun! - We had an amazing and adventurous day out experiencing the beautiful waters of Bali. The reefs were epic and we got some amazing photo's from the company! Our driver Denny was extremely friendly and punctual, there was a points in the trip where we got stuck in some heavy traffic and our driver quickly organised 2 scooters to have us escorted the rest of the way to ensure we didn't miss our boat...he went above and beyond! I would recommend this tour for all!

Good experience and safe for solo trip! - Solo traveler and had a really good experience. The driver Dian was really sweet and taught me lots of the culture of Bali. He picked me up at my hotel and then dropped me off in the center like I wanted. The lunch was delicious and the staff great! We saw plenty of beautiful fish but unfortunately, It was raining all morning and the day before so I think the tide and the wind brought lots of pollution and garbage to the second snorkeling spot.

Ok, but wouldn't book them again - I felt kind of like I was just a number. Folk were nice enough, but things felt disorganized. No guide to point out anything or try to ensure people weren't kicking the reef with their fins. The day we went was very choppy - not something the tour could control. But our boat had about 11 snorkelers from 4 different groups. My group was the only group who enjoyed the second site because of the choppy waves. Others didn't even get out of the boat. Because of that, I felt I couldn't stay out and our second dive (which should have been an hour) was about 20 min. It would have been better for us to just stay at the first site for longer. It was choppy there as well, but a bit better than the second site. Tour is attached to a restaurant, so bathrooms were available. Showers are available, but are not enclosed, so you need to rinse off then go to a bathroom to change. No towels available. Food was good, but a bit small on portions size. Water provided.

I would like to recommend it, but I can't. - I would have to say, the organisation by Bali, Blue Lagoon was great. The driver turned up on time. Nice car, friendly guy, drove us there without any issues. The lunch was simple Indonesian food but lovely. When we arrived, they showed us photographs of the snorkelling spots that we would be going to, showing turtles, beautiful corals, clean water - it looked gorgeous. However, the reality is that the corals are mostly dead, bleached and smashed to pieces. The fish are small & sparse, which tells me that it's not a healthy reef at all. And the place was teeming with other boats and snorkellers - hundreds of them. Not quite the vision you have when you look at the advertising. And unfortunately we went two days after a rain storm, and the snorkelling sites were thick with plastic rubbish washed out to sea by the rain, which obviously is not the fault of the company, but it was very disturbing to see that level of pollution - we were literally swimming through plastic detritus which was pretty horrible. On our little boat, we took out a big plastic basket that held all our snorkeling stuff, and we filled it with rubbish, and we saw other westerners doing the same. And the beach, where you board the boats, was also covered in rubbish. I was kind of amazed that they wouldn't clean it up as that's a terrible advertisement for their business. They just don't seem to see it or care. I'm not sure which? One of the guides, even acknowledged the rubbish by telling us that he had 'cleaned the beach' that morning, however he clearly had not, and I'm thinking to myself, it's been 2 days since the storm and I just couldn't believe they'd done so little to clean up. It seems to be an ongoing problem in Bali, there's just rubbish everywhere. It's so sad to see, it appears that there's no rubbish collection at all. It doesn't exist, hence people just chuck their rubbish wherever they may be standing and it gets washed into the rivers, then washed into the ocean, so very sad. Maybe the fact that I've been scuba diving for forty years and dived in several countries that I can't, in all honesty, recommend this experience. It was very disappointing.
