Positive experience - It was an interesting ride along the river with a range of difficulties, sites and experiences. Ben our guide provide plenty of opportunities to stop and look at things, was very supportive to those when needed …. Mainly hills and rough tracks, nothing that a good bike rider couldn’t handle. A bit more knowledge of the area would have been useful. Overall a great experience

E bike tour to castle - Great day-beautiful ride through the countryside- our tour guide Ben was excellent& even pushed 2 bikes up the last hill- great experience-first time on e-bikes-made it so much easier!

A wonderful adventure with great organization and attention to detail. - We selected this self-guided option to the Castle on the spur of the moment the day before. Martin was excellent and very accommodating. He picked us up from our accommodation and communicated regularly through WhatsApp. His tour was very well planned with comprehensive notes, GPX file and high-end Garmin for navigation. The bikes performed were good quality e-MTBs and performed well. We loved the suggested stops for coffee, cake, lunch near the castle and a stop on the way back at a craft brewery. We opted to ride back but Martin was happy to organise the train and tickets if this was our preference. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventure, would enthusiastically recommend Martins Adventures to anyone looking for a memorable and well-planned experience around Prague. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be using Martin to support adventure too. Thank you Martin!

Great communication = Great Fun! - We chose the self-guided tour which was perfect for us. Benjamin picked us up near our hotel and drove us to the bike shop where he provided all our equipment, explained how to use the e-bikes, and patiently answered our questions. We set off for the castle and stopped at our leisure to get photos. Benjamin asked us to check in with him once we got to the castle. The e-bike booster came in handy going up the hill towards the castle. We had the option to take the train back to the bike shop or bike on our own. We chose to bike back. Martin’s provided a train ticket back into downtown. Had we chosen to take the train from the castle, they would have done the same. E en though we had a self-checkout experience, Benjamin followed up with us to make sure there were no issues. Overall, a fun day!

See the country-side - Great experience, highly recommended. Bring water and sunscreen. Mostly flat and some hilly single track towrds the castlw. Anna our guide as great. She needs a raise!

Fantastic trip in the countryside - We had a great time on the ride to the castle… beautiful scenery, mostly off road and Martin was super helpful getting things organised. A perfect break from the hustle and bustle of Prague. We cycled all the way back- about 55km round - trip but on the well maintained e-bikes , it was fine. A bit hard on the saddle by the end- if you are organised and planning ahead, bring your cycling shorts.:-).

Excellent trip. - Really enjoyable, fun activity. We are not the most confident riders but the guide and the e-bikes made it really easy. The guide, Martin, was great company on the trip, the scenery was pretty, the palace is beautiful and the restaurant at the end served really good food. Train back was a breeze.

Biking Through the Beautiful Countryside! - Martin led a fantastic private tour from Prague to the Karlštejn Castle. We had made a mistake with our original booking and he quickly helped us rectify it!
He picked us up at the hotel, fit us for our bikes, led a thorough tutorial on how to use the bikes and asked for thoughts on how we wanted to spend our time!
Throughout the ride Martin always made sure to ask which type of path we would prefer, which we greatly appreciated.
We had stops for strudel, delicious, beer and a traditional Czech lunch. After lunch Martin left us at the foot of the castle to go explore and purchased us train tickets to return back to Prague at our leisure.
The ride was spectacular and he brought us to an incredible viewpoint where we could get photos of the castle.
We would highly recommend this experience!

Fun time in the countryside - It was great. Be prepared to crash a few times if you like going fast haha. Very friendly team and beautiful views. If you want something outside the city, this is definitely a great idea.

Great family trip - very good. We were blessed with the weather and the communication from Martin and Ben was excellent. Great bikes although mine ran out of charge at the end even tho I was not using any where full power which was frustrating . The scenery was beautiful and the castle majestic. Ben was great who picked us up and explained everything. It wasn’t cheap but I would really try it if you are in Prague . Christian and family
