This tour offers the chance to explore Karlstejn Castle, a remarkable Gothic castle in the Czech Republic. Established in 1348, this High Gothic castle was constructed by Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV to securely house royal treasures, including Charles’s collection of sacred relics and the Roman Empire’s coronation jewels. Nestled in a scenic location amidst lush forests, it is conveniently close to the capital.

The castle is perched on a hill, approximately a 2 km walk from the parking area.
