From this vantage point, you can admire the aerial view of Achata beach with its crystal-clear turquoise waters, as well as the surrounding areas of Menetes, Pigadia, Othos, Volada, and Aperi.

The Profitis Ilias chapel welcomes visitors and provides an ideal spot for a restful break in the cool shade. Once you’ve rested at the Profitis Ilias chapel, you can make your descent back to Aperi.

This trail is recommended for those who are seasoned in hiking. You can expect to return to your starting point in roughly 3 hours if you maintain a leisurely pace and pause for a break at the chapel.
