Amazing hiking and scrambling adventure! - Really amazing experience, the Hiking and Scramble Tour of the Great Saint! Glad we did it on day 2 of our visit to Meteora. We spent the first day admiring the beautiful scenery, monasteries , and rock formations. Then on day 2 we felt like we conquered them! It was a bit challenging but just the right amount of adventure for us and our teenager. The guides were knowledgeable and offered to take our photos whenever and wherever we wanted. They gave us water and a small pouch for easy access to our phones/cameras. The hike was close to 2.5 hours. It really was a beautiful way to enjoy the area.

amazing Hiking and scramble tour of grait saint meteora - I recently took the Hiking and Scramble Tour of Great Saint, and it was a fantastic experience. Our guide, Kostas, was very helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel safe. Walking the ancient path to the top of the rock was unforgettable, and the views were stunning. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to push their limits and enjoy the beautiful nature of Meteora in an adventurous way.

Great guide and a great day! - We hired Kostas for a full day Great Saint via ferrata, as well as a rock climbing tour. We were at different levels - both intermediate and beginner and Kostas was able to tailor the experience to both, taking us up a multi-pitch climb up Doupiani and making the beginner feel really comfortable throughout. It was a wonderful experience because of his knowledge, attentiveness, and great personality. So happy we booked this tour, thanks Kostas!!!!

A perfect Meteora hike! - Our guide led us on a lovely hiking route to the monasteries and the caves. On the way, he would give us pertinent and interesting information about the landscape, the nature around us , and the famous monasteries. The rythme of the hike was perfect for the group.

Amazing! Kostas was a great guide! - Fantastic day out and couldn't recommend more! There had been rain the night before so we're contacted in the morning to put it back an hour and a half. As it started to rain our guide, Kostas, asked to put back another hour so we could try, rather than hang cancel. An hour later we gave it a go and it was fantastic. Kostas was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and learning about the area and he rocks was very interesting. He was very safety conscious, and attentive to our needs, ensuring my wife was comfortable climbing up and down. He even rappelled down to get our water bottle which had bounced out whilst we were on the way up! Thanks for a great weekend experience!

Great guide, breathtaking views and a chill scramble: a great start to our honeymoon. - Chris was such a nice person, a knowledgeable and fun (but very safe) guide. The views of the pillars are best enjoyed from the rocks themselves. Chris also had good advice about the surrounding areas, it was fun to share our love of climbing. For any experienced climbers looking for a challenge this is not it : this is a lovely scramble to really take in the views and learn about the area. Overall highly recommended.

Amazing adventure - Amazing views. Best activity in Kastraki with kind and engaged staff. Highly recommend for active people who want an off the beaten path experience. Our 11 year old also loved it, as did the 60 year olds in our group.

A must (when able) in Meteora. - Did a hiking and scrambling tour with Kostas, amazing experience, great views, and Kostas makes you feel safe on these steep mountain sides, and is very helpful in making sure you have your pictures to remember. If you’re capable of a bit of a climb please do yourself a favor and go.

Magical day in Meteora! - Beyond amazing. Kostos was an incredible guide. Perfect blend of education and fun, all with impeccable safety. Cool bonding experience for my son and I. So far, top experience of our 3 weeks in Greece. Absolutely worth the money.

A priceless experience that inspired my mopey teen - What a perfect day! My teen said it was the best day of his life and he could never have experienced such a an adventure without Christos and Kostas to teach us how to climb, use ropes, and scramble up and down the rock face. He will go back to school and talk so proudly about his adventure. And as a single mom, it was really terrific to have such engaged male guides—they made my son feel so cool and seen and they taught him about nature and geology and history. It was a very powerful experience…far more memorable and affordable than our usual therapy. The guides gave my kid ideas about what he wanted to do and how he wanted to interact with the world. He has mentioned all kinds of things he wants to study in school now—that never happened before. Finally….I’m a chubby mid 40s mom from a very flat state and the guides made me feel safe and capable as a first time climber. They worked to make this a manageable experience for an enthusiastic but definitely not athletic parent. And it was a great time for me too!
