Perfect Day in Olympia Greece - We scheduled a private tour in Olympia, Greece, and had an absolutely wonderful day with our two amazing guides, Nancy and Marilena. They were both incredibly informative, friendly, and passionate about their beautiful region, which made the experience even more special for our family of five. Our tour began at the ancient Olympia archaeological site, where they shared fascinating historical insights. From there, we visited a local olive oil manufacturing business—an unexpected highlight! The olive oil was incredible, and we were thrilled to purchase some to bring home. We ended the half-day tour with a relaxing stop at a beautiful beach, which was the perfect way to wrap up the day. I would highly recommend Nancy and Marilena to anyone visiting Olympia, Greece. This tour was one of our favorite days of the entire cruise!

We had such a great time... - We had such a great time with Panos and his mother. They were so flexible to our itinerary, and gave us lots of options to make the experience memorable. We enjoyed the museum of Olympia (it was very hot that day, so be prepared) when we returned they had cold water waiting for us. We also enjoyed a lovely visit to an olive oil factory, and a honey farm. The people at each business were so kind and treated you like family. We purchased items from both locations and can’t wait to share them with our own family. We highly recommend this excursion. As we were leaving, we stopped at a bakery to send us off with a delicious Greek treat (Baklava) to remember our time on Olympia. Thank you again, Panos! We loved our time with you and your mom. ♥️

Olympia and other stops - private van - 5/5 would recommend. The tour is a local family business and they have lived on the island for multiple generations and know everyone!! Comfortable van ride for 4-6 people and safe travel to Olympia. We went to a local honey farm and winery, amazing people and fun to visit. Then we ended with a stop at a local gyro place and had much, very good day for all!

6hr Tour to Olympia, Olive Mill and town - Great tour with Andreas, we were taken to the Ancient site of Olympia and then on to an Olive mill, we then visited the town of Olympia for relaxation and shopping. All in all our trip lasted 6 hours, which was about right. The tour was tailored to our requirements by Andreas, assisted by his son Chris. Would thoroughly recommend using Andreas to anyone wishing to visit Olympia independently.

The best way to visit Olympia or nearby areas - Andreas was absolutely wonderful. He shared lots of information along our drive and provided some great aids to assist with our self-guided tour of Olympia. At every turn he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, had our needs met and were able to enjoy every aspect of our trip. He made the experience comfortable, easy and hassle free. His car was immaculate and quite comfortable and he was very fair with pricing. We only wish we could bring him with us for the rest of our vacation!

Excellent - Excellent company from the first inquiry. Our driver, Andreas, communicated with us to confirm our plans beforehand. He met us right at the cruise port, standing in front of his vehicle holding a sign with our name. He helped us plan a fantastic 5 hours in Olympia. He was not just a driver but a tour guide who taught us so much about his city. We visited the Olympic sites and toured a vineyard with wine tastings. Andreas was absolutely incredible! You will not be disappointed!

Great tour - We did a half day tour with our driver Andreas who took us to Olympia where the original Olympic Games were held. We bought our tickets for a self guided tour of the museum and then moved to Archeological area which was the area of the games. Andreas was not a guide so he didn’t accompany us but he shared with us an iPad with an app that you look at each structure and see what it looked like before and its purpose. It was very useful to go with the signs. Afterwards we stopped at an olive oil press. Very interesting to us plus we learned how to taste olive oil. How to tell the quality. If you have time I’d recommend this stop.

Major Disappointment - We were picked up and driven to Olympia with not much of a guided tour as there was very little to see on the way. We got in the line to pay and the entrance fee was $20e each instead of their advertised price of $12e each so that cost us $16e more. Then we were handed an older looking small book and old iPad in a tattered case and told to give ourselves the tour of Olympia. We could not see the iPad because it was outside and the sun was on it. When we asked for headphones so one person could listen amd tell the other, we were given the guide’s old tethered buds. This tour advertised a 4-5 hour guided tour but all you get is a driver. I came a long way to see this and expected to get a “guided tour” but instead I paid almost $300 for just a driver. This was a major disappointment to give my self a tour with a small, old tour book! Don’t Take This Tour!!!
