Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)
Thamel - A representative will be waiting for you outside the airport terminal. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your pre-booked hotel. A brief meeting regarding trekking and preparation will be held at the hotel. Afterward, you can check in and unwind at the hotel.
Flight to Lukla…

Flight to Lukla (2,800 m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610 m) 3 Hrs Trek
Phakding - Today marks the beginning of the trek to Everest Base Camp. Our team will escort you to the airport early in the morning for your flight to Lukla.
The flight to Lukla is short yet scenic, offering a stunning view of the Kathmandu valley. As the flight progresses towards Lukla, you’ll witness some magnificent mountain ranges. You will arrive in Lukla shortly.
After spending some time in Lukla, you will trek to Phakding. The hike is straightforward, starting with a rocky descent. It leads you to Cheplung and the edge of the Dudh Koshi river. Ascending further, you will reach Phakding.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) 5-6 Hrs Trek
Namche Bazaar - The trek to Namche Bazaar, which involves crossing rivers and valleys, is filled with suspension bridges. It is both challenging and enjoyable. You will depart Phakding after breakfast, hiking through Benkar, and soon, the spectacular sight of Mt. Thamserku will dazzle your eyes.
After crossing several suspension bridges, you will arrive at the Sagarmatha National Park checkpoint. Our guides will assist you in obtaining permits for the rest of the walk. The trail then descends to the Dudh Koshi River, leading you to Jorsale. The trail is now uphill. The views of Mt. Everest and Nuptse along the way are well worth the effort. Eventually, you will enter Namche Bazaar.

Acclimatization Day in Namche
Namche Bazaar - Namche Bazaar is a town located on the hillsides of the Khumbu region and serves as the main trading center in the area. After reaching Namche, it is important to acclimatize to the environment the following day. Acclimatization days are crucial in mountaineering due to the high altitude, where altitude sickness can be a concern. Therefore, it is essential for the body to adjust to the increasing elevation and environment to prevent illness.
Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) 5-6 Hrs Trek
Tyangboche - The trails from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche are challenging, featuring irregular terrain with a high elevation after an initial descent.
After leaving Namche Bazaar, you will pass Kyanjum and enter the rhododendron forest. The trail then descends to the banks of the Phungi Thenga river. Throughout the path, mountain ranges, including Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, will dazzle you with their magnificence. Afterward, the trail ascends to Tengboche.
The Tengboche monastery is the main attraction in Tengboche. It is the largest Tibetan Buddhist gompa in the Khumbu region. You are welcome to visit the monastery and enjoy the serene environment.

Trek to Dingboche (4,350 m) 5-6 Hrs Trek
Dingboche - The journey from Tengboche to Dingboche is wonderful, passing through glaciers and snowy mountains.
After leaving the village, you will travel past a forest on your way down to Deboche village. After some time, you will encounter a stone-carved wall. After a brief climb, you will enter the other side of the valley after crossing a suspension bridge. At this point, Ama Dablam can be seen up close. After the continuous hike, you will arrive in Pangboche village and hike uphill past Shomare town. You will soon arrive in Dingboche.

Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Dingboche - Today is the second acclimatization day of the trek. Nangkartsang Peak is located just above Dingboche, and ascending to the peak will aid in acclimatization.
Nangkartsang divides the valley in two, with the Imja valley on the way to Chukkung on one side and the valley on the way to Lobuche on the other. The hike involves a significant ascent. As you trek towards the summit, the views of Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Ama Dablam, and other peaks are mesmerizing. Nangkartsang Peak will be reached in no time. From the peak, enjoy the captivating mountain views. You will soon be on your way back to Dingboche on the same trail.

Trek to Lobuche (4,910 m) 5-6 Hrs Trek
Lobuche - The trail to Lobuche is somewhat challenging. The hike begins with an ascent to a moraine after leaving Dingboche. The path leads to the town of Pheriche, nestled in a valley. After passing through Thukla, you will arrive at Everest Memorial and the Khumbu glacier after a long ascent. The Everest Memorial was built in memory of climbers who lost their lives while attempting to reach the summit of Everest. You will arrive at Lobuche as you continue your hike.

Trek to Gorak Shep (5,140 m) and Visit Everest Base Camp (5,365 m) 5-6 Hrs Trek
Everest Base Camp - The trail becomes a gradual climb with less steep slopes after leaving Lobuche village. It consists of two segments: one leading to Gorakshep village, the trek’s highest elevation and only village, and the second leading to Gorakshep, not far from Everest Base Camp.
As you leave Lobuche, you will walk beside the Khumbu glacier. You may get a close look at Nuptse’s breathtaking surroundings along the way. As you proceed, you may be able to view the summit of Mt. Everest. To reach Gorakshep, you must hike across Lobuche Pass. You can take a break before continuing your journey to the base camp.
After leaving Gorak Shep, you will encounter a more incredible view of the Khumbu Icefall. Soon after, you will arrive at Everest Base Camp. Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Khumbutse, Pumori, and other peaks provide a spectacular panorama. Return to Gorakshep after a while.

Trek To Kala Patthar (5,545 m) and then to Pheriche (4,371 m) 6-7 Hrs Trek
Pheriche - On this day, the trek begins early to catch a glimpse of the phenomenal sunrise from Kala Patthar. The route is straightforward. As you walk further, the view of Mt. Everest becomes clearer. You will arrive at Kala Patthar after traveling through a challenging trail. It’s a great moment of joy and accomplishment to stand beneath the world’s highest mountain. Take in the pristine beauty of the Himalayas. Soon after, return along the same route after appreciating a great moment. For breakfast, trek down to Gorak Shep. After that, continue until you reach Pheriche.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) 6-7 Hrs Trek
Namche Bazaar - After a delicious breakfast, depart Pheriche for Namche Bazaar. As the climb progresses, you will reach the village of Pangboche. The journey then continues to Tengboche via the same track you took earlier, ultimately entering Namche Bazaar.

Trek to Lukla (2,800 m) 6-7 Hrs Trek
Lukla - On this day, you will depart from Namche and make your way down to Lukla. You will arrive in Phakding village shortly after leaving Namche, traveling through several settlements and enjoying the natural beauty along the way. After a descent, you will arrive at Lukla.

Flight Back to Kathmandu (1400 m) 30 Minute Flight
Kathmandu - The trekking adventure has come to a close. It will be a lovely journey back to Kathmandu, as it has been on previous days, with views of peaks, lush forests, rivers, terrain, etc.
Our staff will greet you at the airport and take you to your Kathmandu hotel. Recharge yourself after checking in at the hotel.
