Amazing Everest base camp trek - Last September, my partner and I embarked on the Everest Base Camp trek and it became one of the most memorable adventures of our lives. The company made everything incredibly smooth right from the beginning. They arranged an excellent hotel in Kathmandu and were extremely supportive when our regular flight to Lukla was cancelled due to bad weather. Without any hassle, they organised a helicopter for us at a very reasonable price. Our guide, Ramesh was outstanding—friendly, calm, and extremely knowledgeable about the region. He knew everyone along the trail, which made the journey more enjoyable and reassuring. Our porter, **Nima**, was a very shy but incredibly hardworking person, and we appreciated his quiet dedication every day. The tea house selections were excellent—clean, comfortable, and very hygienic. I have trouble eating onions, and Ramesh made sure every meal was prepared accordingly. We always felt safe, cared for, and well looked after. From start to finish, their commitment to quality, safety, and comfort was clearly visible. If you’re dreaming of the Everest Base Camp trek, this is the team you can trust completely.

Perfectly Organized and Truly Worth It - We had an unforgettable Everest Base Camp trek in October, and it was truly the experience of a lifetime. Dream Heaven Adventure arranged everything perfectly from the very beginning. Our guide, Dipak, was incredibly helpful, experienced, and always made sure we were safe and comfortable. We also had two excellent porters, Sujan and Prem, who were very strong, kind, and supportive throughout the entire journey. The trek itself was tough at times, especially with the long walking days and high altitude, but the stunning mountain views made every step worth it. The landscapes, sunrise moments, and close-up views of Everest were simply breathtaking. The tea houses along the way were basic, but clean, warm, and comfortable enough for the adventure. Our flights were on time, and all bookings were handled smoothly, which made the whole trip stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful trekking experience. Dream Heaven Adventure is the best company, and we highly recommend them!

Excellent Team and Service on Our EBC Trek - We were a group of 7 people doing the Everest Base Camp trek, and it was an unforgettable experience! Suman and the Dream Heaven Adventure team did an excellent job organizing everything. Our Lukla flight was delayed due to weather, but Suman quickly arranged a helicopter for us at a very reasonable price, it saved our schedule and really showed his professionalism. Our guide, Ramesh, was fantastic-very friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were safe and comfortable. He picked clean and cozy tea houses along the way and helped us choose the best food at each stop. You could tell he really cared about our well-being. Our porters were also amazing strong, kind, and always smiling despite carrying heavy loads through tough trails. Thanks to the whole team, the trek went very smoothly. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Dream Heaven Adventure if you're planning a trek in Nepal!

Amazing EBC Trek with a Flexible Team and Excellent Guide - We did the Everest Base Camp trek last May, and it was an unforgettable experience. This was my second trip with the company, and once again, they did a fantastic job. Our guide Narayan was excellent—very knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we were safe and comfortable. Suman was very flexible with the plan and let us adjust the itinerary based on how we felt. We added one more acclimatization day in Lobuche, which really helped us with the altitude. Our porter Kaji was strong, kind, and always smiling. Everything was well-organized and went above and beyond our expectations. I truly recommend this team for anyone planning a trek in Nepal!

An Adventure Of A Lifetime - Made possible with the best team! - Our trip with Dream Heaven Adventure has been nothing short of amazing and I will definitely recommend (and I have recommended) them to anyone interested in visiting/ trekking in Nepal/ Bhutan/ Tibet. I would give 6 stars if I could! This was my 2nd visit to Nepal and we opted for the Everest Base Camp hike as a group of 6 people from Singapore and Australia. A huge thank you to all 5 people in the “Dream Team” for making all of this possible! Suman Aryal was incredibly responsive and managed all pre-trip communications and planning. He met with us before and after the trip, providing full transparency and ensuring we were informed throughout. Suman even invited us to his home in Kathmandu for Deepavali festivities - it was an eye-opening experience and an honour for us to be a part of his family celebrations. Our always-cheerful tour guide Shambhu Subedi was filled with endless stories and patience, always happy to share more about the mountains and culture of Nepal. His infectious positivity and liveliness were definitely a mood-booster throughout the trek. We called him “Mr Popular” as everyone along the trek/ in the teahouses seemed to know him! Last but not least, our 3 encouraging and strong porters - Suman Rai, Mahendra Rai and Binod Sharma - were also amazing. On our toughest days, they would reach our destination early, drop off our baggage, and then return to walk alongside to assist and encourage us. They are also very attentive during meals, always ready to help with anything we needed. Without the team, I’m not sure if we would’ve been able to reach our end destination - Everest Base Camp. Dream Heaven Adventure’s quick thinking and resourcefulness were especially evident during challenging situations. One example would be on the final day after reaching Everest Base Camp, the entire group had varying degrees of altitude sickness (vomiting, nausea, migraine, fatigue etc). The “Dream Team” responded swiftly, guiding us through the next steps and ensuring that we could quickly connect with our respective insurance companies and arrange a helicopter evacuation for the next morning. My dad and I managed to get on the helicopter to Lukla and then Kathmandu and were picked up by an ambulance upon arrival. The other 4 people in the group weren’t so lucky as all air travel was cancelled after they arrived at Lukla and they were left stranded at Lukla. Suman Aryal was able to quickly arrange accommodations for the 4 of them and was constantly in contact with the helicopter company to provide alternative solutions so that they could go back to Kathmandu ASAP. Incredibly, guide Shambhu Subedi hiked down to Lukla in 1 day to meet them at Lukla (took us 10 days to hike up) and ensured that they were well taken care of in this unfamiliar environment. Thanks to the "Dream Team", everyone managed to get back to Kathmandu safely the next day. Without the experience and reliability of the "Dream Team", this trip would have been much harder, more stressful, and more difficult. However, I’m glad to have chosen Dream Heaven Adventure for this journey and would definitely choose them again for future treks! Thank you, Dream Team!

EBC Dream Fulfilled - Ten years ago, our dream of doing the EBC Trek was added to our bucket list. This dream was realised a week ago with the help of Dream Heaven Adventure Trekking, Kathmandu Nepal. Our EBC trek was between 17 October and 5 November 2024. Apart from a few sprinklings from above on the first day, this timeframe gave us beautiful clear blue skies and sunny weather throughout the entire trek. Mr Suman Aryal, MD of Dream Heaven Adventure Trekking, specially tailored an itinerary to suit our elderly needs. His good command of English language was vital to us for making our requests and queries understood. Suman has extensive knowledge and contacts in the Trekking business. Suman is a personable guy, always quick and responsive. He is immediately available round the clock when needed, and in constant contact with us, the guide and other service providers. Of utmost importance, Suman understood our need for this to be a seniors trek and and provided us the best guide Shambu to take us to ensure we make it to EBC. Shambu has done the EBC loop more than a hundred times. Shambu is such a patient guide, encouraging and coaxing us along even when we were so snail slow, and about to give up many times. Whenever I lagg behind and my 3kg pack felt like 20kg, he would relieve me of my pack and hold my hands to help me up the high cobble steps or steep uphills. He loves to spin a few jokes to help me forget my heavy lead legs. Shambu is so amazing. He speaks very good English and his gift of the gap has opened up the world for him. He seems to know everything and everyone at the airport, teahouses, trekkers, even horses and yaks. He's such a happy go lucky person, taught us how to play nepali card game so we had hours of fun and laughter with him and the porters in the evenings at the teahouses. He also sang and danced to entertain and cheer us up when we felt too tired. Nothing is too difficult for Shambu. He can even tweak the itinerary for our benefit if necessary, esp if anyone is sick with tummy bug or altitude symptoms, whilst remaining fully focussed on our goal of EBC. Shambu's three young porters were equally amazing. All in their 20s, the three were initially shy, but soon opened up to us. It constantly breaks my heart each time they hurl our heavy gear bags over their shoulders and assume a bent figure powering up and down the steep slopes of the tough EBC trail. And yet they reach the teahouses long before we do. As we make our last half km towards our teahouse, I will never forget seeing the three of them running towards us with outstretched arms, relieving us of our little backpacks and holding our arms, guiding us up the stony paths to our rest house. Gratitude and humility fills my heart to think that these youngsters are so helpful and considerate, so caring despite their tough jobs. And so, this seniors group of 3 couples MADE IT (YAY!!!!!) to the EBC, with all the help from Shambu, Binod, Suman and Mahendra. Mind you, we absolutely had the most enjoyable trek after all, tough as it may seem. We experienced so many new things that came along the way. If you wish to have the best EBC Trek experience, you will be in good hands with Mr Suman Aryal and team at Dream Heaven Adventure Trekking, Kathmandu, Nepal. Chan F Australia

You need good guide when nothing happen but in emergency, you need excellent guide and teams. - We planned our trip to EBC at least six months in advance. Since we are a group of seniors, we requested a customized itinerary to avoid long hikes each day. The MD of Dream Heaven Adventure, Suman was very patient and meticulous, planning the trip for us in detail. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, he informed us of some bad news: there had been no flights from Ramechhap to Lukla for the past week, and we would need to be on standby at Ramechhap airport. We made our way there, accompanied by our helpful guide, Shambhu, who stayed at the airport, diligently checking with authorities on when we could fly. Though we were initially scheduled for a 6 a.m. flight, Shambhu's resourcefulness allowed us to board at 10 a.m. after he managed to get us through the backlog. At Lukla, we met our porters, Suman, Binod, and Mahindran, and began our trek to Phakding. The next day, we set out for Namche Bazaar, but two of our team members began feeling unwell and had to stay behind in Phakding. Our guide quickly made the necessary arrangements for them, while the rest of us continued on to Namche. There, Shambhu ensured we stayed at a guesthouse with an ensuite bathroom and hot shower—a true luxury in the mountains. When our two members rejoined us, Shambhu suggested we take things slowly to allow them time to acclimatize. He adjusted the itinerary accordingly and rebooked our accommodations as needed. On Day 12 in Lobuche, we woke up early and headed to Gorak Shep (5,140 m). After a short break, we trekked to EBC (5,364 m). Unfortunately, things took a turn when some of our team began to show symptoms of altitude sickness. Shambhu arranged for a horse to take us back to Gorak Shep. That night, as all of us continued to feel unwell, we activated our insurance for an emergency evacuation. Again, Shambhu and the MD of Dream Heaven took swift action, coordinating with the helicopter company and our insurance to ensure a prompt evacuation. The MD even visited the helicopter office personally to secure our flight schedule. Despite the many tourists stuck at Lukla awaiting helicopter flights, we were fortunate to have Shambhu and the MD advocating for us. Once we were evacuated and admitted to the hospital, the MD came to visit us, and during the Diwali celebration, he even invited us to his home to celebrate. Overall, the staff at Dream Heaven—especially the MD Suman, our guide Shambhu, and the team of porters—exceeded our expectations. They didn’t hesitate to jump in and assist us in times of need. Throughout the trek, the guide and porters stayed close to ensure our safety, and they became friends and companions on our journey. Shambhu even taught us a Nepali card game called Dhumbal, which we played with him and the porters every day. For anyone considering an EBC trip, we highly recommend Dream Heaven Adventure—and be sure to request Shambhu as your guide!

Highly recommended company for Nepal Treks - We had the most fantastic time with Dream Heaven to Everest Base Camp. Suman was very responsive and very helpful in all areas. Answered all our questions and fulfilled our requests. Our guide Shambhu: very experienced, very personable, very patient and full of information about our trek. He was very entertaining, taught us Dumbhal card game and made the trek so much fun. He seemed to know everyone in the teahouses on the mountain. Shambhu and his team of young responsible porters were very encouraging, gently guiding us to our goal. They went above and beyond to get us back from Lukla to Kathmandu via Suke. Without their help, we would have missed our flight. Shambhu and Suman were always in communication with each other and kept us all updated with everything that was going on. We can highly recommend Dream Heaven Adventures to anyone planning a trek in Nepal. You will be well looked after by Suman and his team. Very caring, dependable and passionate about delivering a great service. From our experience, you can book a trip with Dream Heaven Adventure knowing that you will be booking with a very professional, responsive and honest company. Thank-You Shambhu, Bi-Nod, Suman and Mahendra. Big thank-you to Suman Arryal.

EBC and Gokyo Lakes - In late May, we hiked up to the Everest Base Camp, going through Gokyo Lakes, and we're happy we picked Dream Heaven Adventure to handle our trip. We really enjoyed the whole journey. The team from Dream Heaven, especially our guide Dipak, was wonderful. They let us take our time to soak in the views and ensured we were all moving at a comfortable speed. All the staffs were really keen on helping us, which made our trip go smoothly. If we come back, we'll definitely request Dipak again. If you're considering a hike in Nepal, you should think about Dream Heaven Adventure, they provide great service.
