Thanks to Sublime Team - trip of a lifetime to Everest base camp - I booked everwst base camp trek with Sublime Trails, Ram was very helpful to rwspomd oir emails on time and communicable on whatsapp. our guide prakash is very helpful and flexible throughout the trek. EBC Trek with Guide Bibek - Cons: Communication could be worked on. Prior to leaving for the plane no communication was sent regarding hotel info or airport pick up or itinerary changes. During departure day from my home country I sent a message regarding hotel info which was needed for visa as well as I was trying to book other trips from trip advisor which needed a hotel location for pick up location, no response, info regarding my new itinerary was also not sent out, I didn’t know changes was made until I got to Namche. Luckily I am a very proactive and did my own research, and these communication issues did not made a huge impact on my end. As once you arrive you are well taken care of!
Pros: Booking with sublime you are taken care of during your entire stay. Our guide Bibek was fantastic, he was very caring, he made sure to check in on us when one of us got slightly sick, he was very adaptable and understanding, due to the blizzard we had to change our itinerary multiple times during the trek and he promptly made changes and suggestions and booked tea houses to accommodate the changes. Bibek truly cared for our safety, when there was a warning about the blizzard he immediately suggested to avoid dangerous routes and to wait out the storm. He also went above and beyond by doing off the beaten path events such as going to monasteries to receive blessings, teaching us Dhumbal card games, recommending which cafes to go to, made his best effort to book us rooms with private bathrooms, very knowledgeable about history and culture.
Overall, I would definitely recommend booking with sublime and please request Bibek as your guide, you will not be disappointed and you will be well taken care off and have a great time!

Sublime Trails - I just got back from completing the EBC trek. Sublime trails were very accommodating with everything. We met 2 other guides while trekking. BK and Ganesh, who were amazing people to meet. We were very fortunate to have Bibek as our guide. Saying he goes above and beyond is an understatement. He is a great person who brings a positive energy every day. We got hit with the random winter storm and he was very flexible and able to adapt to the situation. I can't recommend him as a guide enough! 10/10!

Great team - As a beginner in trekking, I was nervous about the Everest Base Camp trek. I was worried not just about the trails but also whether I would have enough energy to reach the base camp. Especially I didn’t want to ruin the journey for my friends. Thankfully the guides were so kind and supportive. They helped me complete the trek just like any experienced trekker. Thank you to the Sublime Trails team for making my dream come true. Now I have so many beautiful memories with my friends from the EBC trek to cherish for a lifetime.

Everest Base Camp - I’ve done a few hikes here and there, but this trek? It was insane (in the best way).
I knew I could handle the long walking days, but I was a bit worried about the altitude. Thankfully, the acclimatization days were well-planned, and my guide, Bibek, made sure I had a super immersive and safe experience throughout.
If you’re thinking about doing EBC, I would definitely recommend Sublime Trails — they know what they’re doing, and they made the whole journey feel smooth, exciting, and unforgettable.

Awesome trekking to EBC - We recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Sublime Trails, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived in Kathmandu, the team was organized, professional, and incredibly supportive.
Our guide was knowledgeable, patient, and deeply familiar with the trail, local culture, and altitude-related concerns. He ensured we were safe, well-acclimatized, and comfortable every step of the way. The porters were equally impressive — always cheerful and reliable despite the challenging terrain.
Logistics were seamless — airport pickups, teahouse accommodations, permits, and meals were all taken care of smoothly. Sublime Trails also stood out in how they balanced professionalism with a personal touch. We never felt rushed, and every question or concern was met with genuine care.

Unforgettable EBC hiking - Sublime provide very good service the moment you landed in Kamanthu for the trek. We are very fortunate to have a good guide Adjit which provide very detailed route everyday for the hike. He is friendly and advised us what to expect during the hike and the good spot to take good photos.

Your deep knowledge of the region and its culture made every day richer and more meaningful. Dawa and Lakshman, your dedication and positivity made a tremendous difference, whether it was helping us adjust to the altitude, ensuring our comfort in the tea houses. Best Agent Tour in Nepal - This is my second time go Nepal trekking and Also second time choose Sublime Trail as my preferred agent tours. The boss Ram very nice and friendly, and the mountain guide Suman is the best mountain guide , very caring , responsible, and patience guide .
