Unique is good - Many of the travel or trekking company in Nepal but this company is really good and holding 25+ years old experience. The guide and porters are really good. Especially Mr. Khum(owner) handle all the situation. I highly recommend this company for your future trip plan.

Bucket List Adventure Professionally Arranged. - We were lucky to have amazing weather for our entire trip and everything was arranged to perfection. We were advised to upgrade to the chopper from Kathmandu which saved us 2 days due to weather at Lukla. Every day went smoothly with each lodge offering warm and friendly welcome. Our guide Darwa was knowledgeable and looked after us at all times. The Nepalese people were amazing to us at every turn. We will be going back. From our fantastic welcome at Kathmandu airport by Khum to the extra day we had at the end exploring Kathmandu, Khum and his team looked after our every need. Our guide Darwa was knowledgeable and looked after us at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. We have already enquired with them about the next adventure.

EBC - From the moment I landed in Kathmundu I received a very warm welcome from Khum the owner and founder of the company. Everything sorted out and they were all very helpful. I did the Everest base camp trek which was amazing. The guide that I had specifically had a hard time speaking English so it was complicated with our communication but there were other people on the trek that was helpful enough. Otherwise I was very happy with everything before, during and after the trek. Something that I wasn’t prepared for was the question about paying a deposit for the evacuation helicopter. It’s what I understood it as a preparation if you would actually need it. So just a heads up. I felt very safe and comfortable with this company and would definitely go with them again. Thanks Khum for the help on the way as well!

Remedy for exhaustion after EBC- helicopter transfer is preferred. - I was with a group of 3 for EBC trek. Mr Khun Subedi came to receive us with garlands upon arrival. He brought us to his office to secure deposits from debit or credit card which later proves useful for the unplanned helicopter flights. The hotel arranged in Kathmandu is ordinary. He managed to get the flight for Kathmandu to Lukla which is very unpredictable because it depends on the weather. There are more flights from a further Ramechap to Lukla. Onggchu Sherpa, a guide; received us at Lukla, and is an excellent guide. He tried to arrange accommodation with attached bathrooms though not all available especially at higher elevations. He was able to arrange an helicopter flight Gorakshep to Lukla upon our request with 2 days’ notice. The deposits was put to use. The bad weather at Lukla held us for 3 days before we requested of helicopter transfer Lukla to Kathmandu where two of us flew. The last person was granted an aeroplane seat Lukla to Kathmandu the next day though most flights were to Ramechap. It was a happy ending for the three musketeers to meet up again in Kathmandu. Mr. Khun came to say goodbye at hotel before we left for the airport which speaks of his attention to his clients.

Unforgetable Trek To Everest Base Camp - Reaching Everest Base Camp was a lifelong dream, and our guide, Ongchhu with Unique Adventure International Pvt. Ltd. made it an unforgettable journey filled with awe and camaraderie. His very familiar with the EBC route, expertly navigate us through the EBC trail by guiding us the best route to follow, adjusting our pace according to physical abilities and age ( because we are all senior citizens 60+ years old) to prevent altitude sickness. We will timely advice me on when to drink warm water to prevent dehydration, warm suitable clothing to prevent chilling wind especially at higher altitude. He will pointed and highlighted places of cultural significant, Sherpa tradition, names of mountains, famous passes, and will help me to take beautiful photos of the majestic mountains, valleys, glacier and Sherpa villages. It is quite difficult for me to take photos especially I am wearing thick gloves and holding 2 walking sticks. Furthermore, the journey was very exhausting, most of the time I took the opportunities to breath in fresh air. Ongchhu not only as a guide but a good photography too. He is good at managing risk and safety. He was constantly at my side to provide drink and food for me, to guide me to choose the best path if in a very eneven rocky terrain to prevent any injuries that might affect my hike to EBC. He provided me with excellent services during the check in of guest house's room, arranged porters to put our bags inside my room, get warm water ready fof me at the dining room, get order for all 3 meals. Sometimes send meals to my room especially when we are not feeling well due to tiredness and altitude sickness. Ongchhu is very patient, positive mindset and sense of humour to keep my morale high during my tough hike to EBC. His constant encouragement make my dream come through. Every dollar spent was worth it for the seamless experience and safety. Most importnantly to enjoy our journey to EBC and to realise our dream. If you plan a trip to EBC, don’t hesitate to book Ongchhu as your hiking guide for an EBC adventure that’s safe, educational, and utterly unforgettable life time experience!

Memorable experience - It was a excellent experience. The Guides Kamal and Rajani were awesome and helped us out of their way to make us comfortable. The porter boys were a group of jovial people and carried our luggage with out a fringe of complaint. We had 2 days of Katmandu trip and 9 days of hiking from Lukla to EBC. The last day the weather got bad and helicopters were not flying and we trekked down for vetter weather. The organizers did their best to rearrange the helicopter rides to get us back to Lukla. Over all a very memorable trip. One thing I would add is to make sure the prices are all negotiated before to avoid any surprises.
