Kathmandu World Heritage Tour and Preparation
Kathmandu Durbar Square - Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a guided tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Swayambhunath Temple - The next stop is Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, offering breathtaking city views.
Boudhanath Stupa - Continue to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas globally.
Pashupatinath Temple - Visit Pashupatinath Temple, a revered Hindu temple, to witness traditional rituals.
Conclude the day with last-minute shopping in preparation for the trek.
Scenic Mountain Flight to Pokhara and Trek to Tikhedhunga
Pokhara - Start the day with stretching and breathing exercises, followed by sun salutations to honor the sun.
Practice calming breathing techniques and recite a peace mantra for inner tranquility.
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic flight over Nepal’s stunning landscapes.
Upon arrival in Pokhara, begin the trek to Tikhe Dhunga, hiking along the river and through diverse landscapes.
Upon reaching Tikhe Dhunga, refresh and engage in evening meditations to unwind, followed by a delightful dinner and restful sleep.
Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani
Ghorepani - Begin the day early with morning prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra.
After breakfast, embark on the trek, which is likely the most challenging day, involving a steady ascent.
The adventure starts with a refreshing walk on stone steps to Ghorepani, covering approximately 18 kilometers in about seven hours. The day concludes at a guest house at 2810 meters, with meditation and dinner.
Sunrise at Poonhill, Breakfast at Ghorepani, and Trek to Tadapani
Poon Hill - Start the day with an early hike to Poon Hill at 3210 meters, taking about an hour, to witness the stunning sunrise and views of ten mountain peaks.
Engage in the usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra, all with the majestic Himalayas as a backdrop.
Tadapani - After descending to Ghorepani, enjoy a light mountain breakfast before trekking to Tadapani. Spend the night at a guest house at 2700 meters, with meditation and a delicious dinner.
Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk
Ghandruk - Begin the day with the usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra.
Upon reaching Ghandruk, take a break to relax, then visit the Gurung village and Cultural Museum to explore local culture. The day ends at a guest house, with meditation and a delightful dinner.
Trek from Ghandruk to Pokhara
Pokhara - Start the day with the usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra.
Take a Jeep ride to Nayapul, followed by another to Pokhara. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch and a relaxing one-hour boat ride.
Experience an Ayurvedic massage for rejuvenation, spend the evening in Pokhara, and attend a sound healing session for inner peace.
Scenic Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
Kathmandu - Begin the day with a prayer, warm-up exercises, Suryanamaskar (sun salutation), Yogasana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and conclude with Shanty Path (peace mantra).
After breakfast, embark on a deluxe bus/coach journey back to Kathmandu, taking approximately 7 hours.
