Kathmandu day tour made interesting by Knowledgeable guide. ble - I did a 8 day tour with Luxury. On day 2, Asmi and driver Dipendra were assigned to me for the Kathmandu Valley tour. We visited 3 places - Monkey Temple, Patan Durbar Square and the grand Boudhanath Stupa. Asmi is very understanding when I explained that I can't walk too fast and have to be slow when it comes to steps. She provided a rich commentary of each place and also answer any questions I might have. It was a very enjoyable morning with her. Driver Di is very reliable with driving. We got to each place with no hassles. Thanks for the memorable trip. From Sophia

Amazing experiance - highly Recomend - We actually did the 9 Nights 10 Days Luxury Nepal Tour with helicopter landing at Everest. Best desision for sure. Everything was arranged as promised. From friendly airport pick-ups, amazing and well located hotels, extreamly helpful and flexable English speaking guests. Really liked the itenary. The weather was bad when we arrived so Resham moved our helicopter flight to the end of our stay and we had an incredible day at Everest as a result. Helicopter to Everest was one of the best things I have ever done, and I've been to 58 counties + Antarctica. All the guides were fantastic, Pradip was so friendly and helpful, a reall wealth of knowledge and fun to spend time with. Our guide and driver in Kathmandu even altered the itinary to help us do some inpromptu B2B work. Highly recomend Luxury Holidays Nepal🙏😀😍

Don’t miss this fabulous luxury experience! - What a brilliant package! The team put together a comprehensive and delightful sampling of Nepal. With cultural, culinary and natural wonders at every turn it was a joyful experience. Resham our booking contact was helpful and responsive when planning. Our guide in Kathmandu, Ram was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the places we visited. Our hiking guide for Annapurna, Pradip was so full of passion and wisdom about the mountains and people, and he was so patient with us. The accomodation was comfortable and luxurious with fabulous local food. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough.

If you are on the fence about going to Nepal and traveling with luxury nepal tours.. this is your sign to book now. - If you are on the fence about going to Nepal and traveling with luxury nepal tours.. this is your sign to book now. Make sure you ask for Pradeep!! He's the best I cannot recommend this enough.. had the time of my life in nepal and the travel agency made that possible. All arrangements from the moment we got to Kathmandu were incredible. Our guide Pradeep was outstanding, knowledgeable of all things nepal and super friendly. He was able to arrange things that we wanted to do but were not in the schedule.. Chitwan national park tours were unbelievable, the bus ride to Pokhara was not ideal because of road conditions but our driver and tour guide made it bareable with planned stops and great music.. They partner with the best agencies for adventure activities, bungy with the best view, zip lining, paragliding and kayaking all experiences were stress free and timely. Food arrangements and great recommendations whe. Good was not scheduled through the agency.

Luxury adventure trip to Nepal - This trip could not have been any better organized. The office communicated thoroughly and often and responded to any questions quickly. My girlfriend and I did the rafting, jeep safari, paragliding, ultralight airplanes, and ziplining. taking a dugout ride down the river was fun as well. What was especially important was that in every town the guides were not just knowledgeable, but extremely helpful, stopping by our hotel every day to let us know what was going on. In Pokara, Pradip was not only an expert in the high-octane adventures, but let us add a couple of side excursions that we wanted. He took us to the Tibetan refugee community so we could learn more about the culture and shop ( these refugee communities support themselves by selling local goods- and beautiful handmade rugs.) Pradip took us on a pedal boat tour around the lake so we could look at some temples. We liked Pokara so much we stayed and extra night; Pradip arranged transportation to the cable car so we could zip up the mountain and view the scenery. In Chitwan, no one could have had a better guide than Hari. It sounded like he had a master's degree in flora and fauna- he knew every bird and animal species in the jungle. He took us on dugout canoe tour down the river, then at our request let us stop on a riverbank bar/restaurant for cocktails at sunset. Above what I want to explain we that although we paid for a set tour that included set things (with options- elephant or jeep safari? helicopter to base camp? sure!) the guides listened to what we wanted and made SO many nice accommodations. The guides were one of my favorite parts of the trip- they really went out to treat us like individuals and made sure that we had fun and all of our needs were met. I would absolutely recommend Luxury Holiday Nepal. I cannot say enough good this about it - and the prices is AMAZING for what you get.

Book with Luxury Holidays! So great - you won't be disappointed! - We used Luxury Holidays for a one week tour in Nepal and also for a one week tour in Bhutan. We added on an Everest Flight and an extra day in Nepal. I cannot say enough about how great this company was. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a tour in either country. They were on time, reliable, polite. Every tour guide in each location was amazing! Especially in Bhutan where you have the same tour guide the entire journey. Sangay - we loved him! The drivers were excellent. The tours were so thorough. We were lucky enough to travel during low season so we were alone on all tours. Chitwan is amazing! Elephant safari is a must! We recommend flying between destinations in Nepal, so easy! The roads are very bad, long, bumpy. Fly whenever possible! Airports are easy. Luxury Nepal meets you at hotel and makes sure you have all tickets, etc. The hotels (we did not upgrade) were all perfect for this type of travel (you are not going to find Ritz Carlton level hotels). It was so nice to travel for three weeks and not have to think or plan a thing - not the norm for us. So happy we chose Luxury Holidays! I almost want to put my phone number on this review so I can help fellow travelers chose their tours!

A Trip Of A Lifetime - If you want a trip of a lifetime this is the trip for you! This trip starts in Kathmandu where you will spend your first night in the city exploring everything Kathmandu has to offer. You will then be transported to Chitwan where we got to experience the Chitwan National Park. There, we saw a variety of wildlife and had the best guide for the safari named Hari! We then traveled to Pokhara and had the ultimate time doing the city tour and all the adventures that came with our trip. The people in the country of Nepal are incredibly kind, the food is amazing and when I come back to Nepal I will be using Luxury Nepal again. Their services were professional, safe and made for an adventure. I hope everyone gets to experience Pradip as their guide. He was a huge reason as to why my friend and I loved our trip so much. He was knowledgeable about everywhere we went, he made sure we were always having fun and he welcomed us into his country with open arms. Pradip is without a doubt my favorite guide in all of my travels throughout the world. Resham, who works behind the scenes of Luxury Nepal, made sure all our travel arrangements were in check prior to us arriving in the country and was always incredibly helpful as well as friendly. Due to Nepal being a developing country know that your journey from city to city could take longer due to the road conditions. However, bring a book, listen to music, talk to your guide and enjoy the breathtaking scenery around you. Book this trip, you will not be disappointed and make sure Pradip is your guide!

Average, nothing special - My "Average" means not too good and not too bad. All of my tour guides were really good and a lot of informations. They all brought me to the highlighted places in all 3 cities (Kathmandu, Pokhara and Lumbhini). I would like to mention "Raj" he was my guide at Lumbhini. He was really really good, at Maya Devi Temple he helped me out from multiple burglars and he did a very good job for shooting pictures. His information of Buddhism was very deep and very good. However, there are some issues I would like to share for improvement(for the company) and decision(for the other travelers) : - I actually did the tailor made tour which was the company got it. My customized itinerary has been sent more than a month before visiting because I did need to visit "Bhuktapur", "World peace pagoda in Pokhara" and the company said "yes" to me. Unfortunately at the end my program does not include the program I requested so I had to pay more for "Bhuktapur" and missed "World peace Pagoda" in Pokhara. I think the company did not read my itinerary. - There was no information for me until I arrived at Kathmandu International Airport. I did not know who, when, how I get to my hotel. I had to ask by myself to the company. The other country I visited all the company sent me a lot of information before. And at the meeting point There was no sign of my name just the tour company name (quite disappointed for me) - My tour guide at Kathmandu gave me wrong information (wrong King's name), Just knew it after I came back - And last but not least as the tour in India. After finished the tour they just sent me a link and requested for 5 stars review, I am not that person I need a time to make a helpful review Thank you

very poor communication, a lot of frustration. I would not use them again and I cannot recommend them. - Communication has been incredibly poor. They say they offer flexibility and changes and additions but then when you have arrived, those changes and additions are not possible. The primary reason I chose Luxury Holiday Nepal was because they offered this flexibility. It wasn’t the only option out there, but the only one that I saw would work with me or at least thought would work with me. On arrival day, I was told to expect an orientation meeting with my Guide and we would discuss the changes that I wanted to make at that time. But in fact, I was told no not possible now. After this orientation meeting, my itinerary said that there would be a welcome dinner. The Guide who came for orientation meeting said oh no dinner is not included. There’s a farewell dinner in my itinerary, and I had to copy the itinerary I was sent in order for them to provide it. Initially, I requested that the orientation meeting be at 5 o’clock instead of 4 o’clock because I wanted to see some of Kathmandu before that meeting and this would give me time and not be late for the meeting. So I requested the change at 1:30 in the afternoon. At 9:30 that night after I had gone to bed I got a note saying no it’s not possible to change the meeting time!! Just another example of the poor communication. The next day, the Guide that I met with in the night before didn’t arrive at my hotel, but he sent someone else. Because I told him about my frustrations with regards to the communication with this company, he passed me off to someone else. Now I won’t say that the guy that I had wasn’t good he was, probably better, but it felt like a slap in the face I originally booked this tour nine day Nepal with major cities on October 17. And with all of my attempts to make changes that I was willing to pay for, but never got has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been a travel agent for eight years and I’ve never worked with a company like this with such poor communication and understanding of what I’ve booked and what I can expect, which is nothing more than I was promised in the initial booking through Viator.
