Unforgettable Cooking Class in Kathmandu! - I had an amazing time at Nepal Cooking School! From the warm welcome to the hands-on cooking experience, everything was perfect. We learned how to make delicious traditional dishes such as egg rolls, momos, dal bhat, and a flavorful chicken curry. The atmosphere was fun and friendly, and I’m leaving with new skills and wonderful memories. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Kathmandu!

Satisfied - The members of the group who participated that day chose the dishes they wanted to cook from the three courses. The teacher's English was very understandable and I was able to enjoy it with participants from other countries.

Cherry on top of our existing trip to Nepal - This was definitely the best decision we made! It was on the last day of our two week trip of experiencing Nepal and after trying the rich Nepalese cuisine, my partner and I wanted to learn how to cook them ourselves. Out of three menues we chose menu 1, which includes four different dishes: Chatamari, Daal Chapati, Momo (you could also chose the filling) and Carrot Pudding. The staff was incredibly friendly (in an authentic way), interested in getting to know us a bit, funny and really attentive in asking us about food/spice preferences and dietary restrictions. We received an introduction in the nepali spices in the beginning, were shown step by step how to make the doughs, the fillings, the order of cooking and frying the different types of food. At the end you have the chance to purchase the spices and some of the ingredients as well. The food tasted great, you could really tell the difference it makes to use good spices and take your time preparing. The four instructors took turns showing is while the others were helping with the preparations for the other dishes. We are so glad we took the class at the end of the trip and now know the taste of good quality Nepalese food! Some dishes like the Daal even tasted better than the ones we ate at restaurants! Would 100% recommend - 5/5 stars!!

Tasty treat! - Loved the step by step instructions and knowing everything that went into making meal—ingredients as well as labor. And knowing most ingredients come from family farm.
