Best cooking class in Kathmandu - This was a great start to our Nepal visit. Nash was a fantastic instructor and she made sure everyone was involved in the process. We had a small class of 6 and it was a fantastic size for everyone to chat and mingle while enjoying the activity and some Masala tea. They were super accommodating to my friends onion aversion and we made her a unique non onion version, but also made traditional momo in chicken (with onion) and vegetarian. If you are concerned about a diet restriction I would ask at booking, they are super willing to adapt if it’s possible. We left with memories, full tummies, and a pdf of various Nepali deliciousness.

Best thing we’ve done during our trip to Kathmandu - Well worth the time - chefs were amazing, helpful, and so fun. The food was so good and had a short trip to the market to buy produce. Learned how to make momos and the other dishes were amazing. A must do while in Kathmandu!

Great experience - Very nice class for couples to take. We initially signed up for just momo making, but we were allowed to sign up for making other things as part of a full course meal the same day! Of course we had to pay extra for that but it was nice we were able to add that option last minute. If you go that route, do plan to spend an hour or so more of extra time to make the other menu options, but it's a good value for a full course meal with the momos =)

Cooking Class - This was a wonderful experience! From selecting the menu, to heading out into the bustling streets to haggle for fresh produce and then preparing it under the guide of a chef… this couldn’t have exceeded my expectations anymore! The staff were lovely, informative and patient. I highly recommend the Academy! 5 stars
