The bus from Kathmandu to Sybrubesi departs at 7:00 AM. Passengers should arrive at Machhapokhari by 6:30 AM.

Dhunche and Syabrubesi serve as gateways to numerous trekking routes, including Langtang, Tamang Heritage, and Gosaikunda treks, as well as Yala Peak climbing. Although there are no tourist bus services to Syabrubesi, Nepal, deluxe buses operate daily. The journey from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, Nepal, is an adventurous off-road drive passing through Trisuli and Dhunche. The distance from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi is approximately 122 km, with an elevation of 1,503 meters above sea level.

In Dhunche, there is a Langtang National Park check post office. Those without Langtang National Park permits must obtain them here to enter the Langtang National Park area for trekking. A passport-sized photo and passport details are required to issue the Langtang permit.
