The temple complex consists of a large stupa, shrines, monasteries, and various prayer wheels and flags. It is adorned with colorful prayer flags and is surrounded by monkeys, which are considered to be holy by the locals.\n\nVisitors can climb a long flight of stairs to reach the top of the hill and explore the various structures in the temple complex. Half-term trip sightseeing around Kathmandu! - With this being a last minute booking I wanted and needed everything to be organised quickly, seeing and doing as much as I could in the time I had.
Manny organised everything for me, providing me with an excellent guide, driver, even a packed lunch for the sunrise hike.
The guide provided me with a wealth of information about every world heritage site we attended, eating local cuisines as we went.
The driver was incredibly friendly, giving me advice as to where to go for food, other destinations if I were to come again.
It’s been an intense few days but I’ve loved every minute.
Thank you to Manny for organising everything, it’s been fantastic.

The Best Trip for my first contact ro Nepal. - Thank you for this beautiful tour to Kathmandu on the first day. And for the second day to the mountains.
My guide Kapil and the driver Ramesh show‘s me the best choices of the world heritage side inside of the big and interesting city of Kathmandu.

Fun & professional tour - This is my second time engaging with The Great Adventure. I was with them by group tour to Pokhara back in Jun 2023.
Pokhara is good for relaxing, outdoor activities & sunrise.
I have asked many question to Mani before confirming my tour with them and he is patience with me. He gives me time to think what I want to do/how my tour going to be and flexible to customise as per my liking/request.
I am back to The Great Adventure for my solo trip for kathmandu world heritage tour in Nov 24. The guide is professional in explaining & answering my questions. The car transport is definitely better than street taxi. They will accommodate my request & provide professional recommendation. With The Great Aventures, I feel safe even though I am travelling solo. He also makes sure I reach back my home country safely. Thank you for warm hospitality & services. The business owner & guide is very friendly, I feel they treat me as friend than customer. This made Nepal to be my fav country to re-visit. Hope to come back again soon for hiking/trekking tour.

Absolutely wonderful, an experience I will never forget! - Mani went above and beyond for my mum and I. He really listened to all of our needs and wants and was so prompt in organising incredible tours for us. He even organised our small trip to Pokhara!

Day trip to Kathmandu. - On June 29, 2024, my friend and I went on a one-day tour to Kathmandu. The guide, Xiaoguo (Mud Nepali name Govinda Lamichhane), took us on a tour of 5 attractions: Monkey Temple, Paspatina, Big Pagoda, Patan Square and Kathmandu Drug Bar Square. The guide, Xiaoguo, was fluent in Chinese, very detailed, amiable and attentive. I also learned later that he was still a yoga teacher and looked forward to seeing him again next time I came to Mudpool. Tourists wishing to visit Mudpool asked him to be their guide.

Excellent kathmandu tour - Temples are many, many, many, many, eat mainly Western food, Nepalese meals are different side dishes of hand-grab rice, locals are kinder, kinder, transport base is poor, 5.6 months is hotter, others can adapt. Three people chartered buses and guided tours in the city for two days, a total of 1,500 yuan, which is reasonable. it.was.wounderful trip
