Langtang Valley Trek Oct’25 - Everest trekking routes offer affordable and good trekking experience. My first time in Nepal trekking and I feel this whole experience has been very fulfilling. Amazing experience with our guide Suk who took care of us throughout the whole trip. He makes sure we are alright.

Great experience in Langtang Valley - Had an awesome experience with Everest Trekking Routes, completing the full Langtang Valley trek with Tserko Ri. Ramesh, my guide, was extremely hospitable and a great partner to hike with. The highlight of the trip was summitting Tserko Ri, which we started at approx 5am and reached summit at 7.40am. The scenery was fantastic and all guesthouses were comfortable

Unforgettable Trek with a Fantastic Team! - We recently returned from an incredible Langtang Gosaikunda trek organized by Everest Trekking Routes, and we honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. Our group was made up of trekkers in our early to mid 50s, and while the trek was certainly a challenge, our amazing guide Sushil expertly adapted the pace and itinerary to suit our fitness and comfort levels. We ended up adjusting the route twice, and each time it was done seamlessly and with a smile. Sushil was everything you’d want in a guide: calm, knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. He kept the vibe positive and relaxed the entire way, and his skills at cards kept the evenings just as entertaining as the days. Huge thanks also to our wonderful porters Madan, Samu, and Maila, who were friendly, hardworking, and always ready with a smile. The accommodation, especially along the Langtang route, was comfortable and welcoming. The local food was consistently delicious. We couldn’t get enough of the classic dal bhat (Dal Bhat Power!), and the veggie spring rolls became a group favorite. The scenery was absolutely spectacular, with the summit of Kyanjin Ri being a standout moment. It offered breathtaking views and a real sense of achievement for the group. From start to finish, Rabin was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly, flexible, and extremely well-organized, which made planning the trip simple and stress-free. All up, this was outstanding value for money and an experience we'll never forget. If you’re thinking of trekking in Nepal, book with Everest Trekking Routes. You won’t regret it.

Enjoy breathtaking Nepal! - My experience with Everest Trekking Routes was exceptional. First of all, I have to commend the ability of the staff in helping organise our trek in the Langtang Valley. Rabin answered emails promptly and was able to accommodate our rather strict timeline, answering a ton of questions clearly within a few hours. After arriving in Kathmandu, Rabin and Milan welcomed us and we discussed the final details before the departure. They also introduced our guide, Sandesh, and porter, Suman, before we hopped in a Jeep to Syapru Besi. Over the next 7 days, we enjoyed the beautiful dramatic landscapes only Nepal can offer! It was wonderful! Sandesh explained local tradition and customs, told us the names of the peaks we were admiring, warned us about irritating plants to avoid, and found squirrels and monkeys for us to photograph! In all guesthouses we were warmly welcomed by kind owners who accommodated us in simple but comfy rooms and prepared hearty meals! As I started to get headaches because of altitude, Sandesh was very helpful and caring: he reminded me to drink a lot, slowed our trekking pace to help me cope, and adjusted our initial plan to suit the situation. In the end, thanks to Sandesh’s expertise and Suman’s support, we were able to successfully complete our trekking! Once back in Kathmandu, Rabin and Milan were kind enough to take the time to meet us to talk about our adventure before the drive back to the airport. I cannot thank the Everest Trekking Routes team enough for their help, support, and professionalism! They made this trip possible and I have no doubts we will be back one day for another fantastic adventure!

Incredible Trekking Experience - We have recently returned from an amazing trek with EVEREST TREKKING ROUTES company and crew. We walked 13 days on the langtang and Gosikunda lake treks with the most amazing guide Sushil and 3 awesome porters. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during the entire trek. Sushil was an incredible guide and the whole trek was so well organised. Sushil was so patient and encouraging especially on the harder days. I don’t think it would have been possible for me to achieve without this amazing crew. Highly recommend this company and the crew I don’t think you could get a better group to go with. Hopefully we wlll be back again.

Professional, fun and rewarding - I went on the Langtang Valley trek with my guide, Phul Gurung. The whole experience was outstanding! Before arriving, Rabin was very communicative about the trip via WhatsApp. I was met by Phul at the airport, who was holding a clear sign with my name. Rabin, Phul and I all had a meeting at my hotel the day before departing Kathmandu where the itinerary was clearly laid out. The trek was fantastic! Phul was very knowledgeable, personable and hospitable. He was friends with all of the guest house owners! I felt very safe and calm as Phul reassured me throughout that everything was flexible. We achieved our aim of reaching Tserko Ri (4985m), which I am incredibly proud of!

Breath taking Langtang Valley - Fantastic introduction to trekking in Nepal. This 6 day hike was challenging but achievable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. It takes you through fantastic scenery; villages outside Kathmandu, along powerful rivers, through beautiful forest to your first view of the stunning mountains. We climbed Tsergo Ri on the fourth day, bit slippery the last 200m but we were moving slowly anyway due to steepness and altitude. The summit offered more amazing views (I took hundreds of photos on this trip). Our guide and porter, Veer and Michael, were both brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for better, they were calm, polite and supportive. If you are even considering this trip, do it, it’s fabulous!

Great Langtang solo hike - I had a great solo trek with Bal as my guide - Langtang trek was beauitful and Bal was super helpful to bring (and carry) a sleeping bag for me throughout the cold trek - he was really flexible with how we spent our days and provided support on the harder parts of the walk. The walk itself is a beautiful 7 day journey and the tea houses we stayed at were great. Rabin helpfully organised us all to meet prior to the hike and answer any questions then and throughout, along with picking me up from the airport. I would highly recommend the evererst trekking routes for any hikes.

Very friendly and well organised - Highly recommend trekking in Langtang with this company. We had Veer as our guide and he was amazing! I really struggled during the ascent and he was so patient and motivating. I would recommend booking the 10 day trek vs 7 day trek as it gives you more time to enjoy Kyanjin Gumba and not feel rushed.

Highly recommended trekking company and trek - Sonya and I (school friends from the UK) cannot rate this trekking company highly enough. They are a family business with Rabin at the helm. They come from a small village west of the Langtang Valley and are very experienced. Rabin was so responsive and helpful, answering all our questions. He makes sure that you are well cared for throughout your trip. Our guide was Veer (Rabin’s nephew). He was the kindest, most respectful gentleman, I have had the pleasure of knowing. He always had a big smile and looked after our every need. Our porter was Michael (Veer’s cousin). The relationship between them was lovely. Michael is just 18 and on a break from high school. His ambition is to be a guide and he will make an excellent one. The trek was beautiful. Starting in the forests and then opening up on the second day to reveal the expansive valley and snow capped mountains. The treks are tough but rewarding. Don’t come unprepared. You should be ready to walk multiple days up and down slopes, some are rocky and can be slippery. But around every corner, there is a view to die for. We climbed Tsergo Ri. It was tough over 4500 m altitude but the boys encouraged us to keep going slowly slowly. Many trekkers say the views from this mountain are the best they have seen in multiple trips to Nepal. As this was our first, we can’t compare. But it was amazing. Also be prepared for extremes in the accommodation. We stayed in a couple of lovely hotels/ guest houses. The first and last night in the Garden Inn was great. But the best was night 3 at Tip Top. At Lama hotel on Days 2 and 6, it was basic but you can pay for a hot shower in an outside shack. Also be prepared for any weather. We were lucky, but I’m sure it could be cold and wet. If I were to recommend one thing, it is to book your trip with Rabin. And if possible, book Veer as your guide.
