Explore Pokhara

Pokhara - Begin the day with a visit to Sarangkot for sunrise photography. Discover Devi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, Phewa Lake, and the World Peace Pagoda. Photography Highlights: Capture the sunrise over the Annapurna range, reflections on Phewa Lake, and the sunset at the World Peace Pagoda.

Drive to Kande and Trek to Forest Camp (2,540m)

Forest Camp, Mardi Himal, Rythm Hotel - Travel from Pokhara to Kande and commence the trek towards Forest Camp. Photography Highlights: Enjoy scenic terraced fields, rhododendron forests, and breathtaking panoramic views.

Trek from Forest Camp to Low Camp (3,035m)

Mardi Himal - Continue trekking through lush forests to reach Low Camp. Photography Highlights: Experience dense forests, stunning mountain vistas, and possibly encounter wildlife.

Trek from Low Camp to High Camp (3,580m)

Bhaktapur and Patan Photography Tour

Daily photography workshops are provided, offering advice on composition, lighting, and techniques suitable for both beginners and experienced photographers. The Mardi Himal trek is less crowded than other popular routes, showcasing pristine landscapes and untouched beauty. Participants will photograph breathtaking scenes, from lush forests to panoramic views of Annapurna, Machapuchare, and other Himalayan giants.

The route also passes through charming villages, allowing participants to document local life and traditions that remain untouched by modernity. Trekking schedules are strategically planned to ensure participants are in the best locations for sunrise, sunset, and night photography. Capture the Himalayas bathed in golden light or the starry night skies with the mountains silhouetted against them.
