In the afternoon, you can relax or visit the Luxury Holidays Nepal office. In the evening, a pre-trip meeting will be held at your hotel in Kathmandu, where you will meet your tour guide. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions about your trip. The meeting will include a final briefing and preparations for the journey. Please bring your passport, a passport-size photo, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy to the meeting.
