Stone Town - Upon arrival in Zanzibar, guests will be warmly welcomed at the airport by our professional guide. They will then be transferred to Stone Town, Zanzibar for check-in and an overnight stay.

STONE TOWN TOUR

Stone Town - After enjoying breakfast, guests will meet our guide and driver at 09:00 hrs at the reception for a transfer to Stone Town. The tour explores the historically rich culture and architecture of Zanzibar, which boasts a century-old history. Highlights include a visit to the former slave market site, now home to the Anglican Church built in 1871, the town market, the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, the House of Wonders built in 1883 (Beit – Al-Ajab), the old Arab Fort, the Palace Museum, the Old Indian Dispensary (cultural center), and the famous studded doors. After the tour, guests will be driven back to their hotel for an overnight stay.

PRISON ISLAND TOUR

Prison Island - Changuu Private Island - At 09:00 hrs, guests will be picked up by our guide for a tour of Prison Island, also known as Changuu Island, which is one of the three islands visible from Stone Town. The prison on this island was constructed in 1893. Historically, this small island served as a hiding place for slaves and later became a temporary hospital and quarantine island, especially during contagious disease outbreaks in the last century.

In the 1820s, Sultan Said brought several giant tortoises from Seychelles to Changuu Island, and they can still be seen today. The island is home to a variety of birds and is blessed with natural features, including pristine white sandy beaches for swimming and vibrant coral reefs for snorkeling.

A 35-minute boat trip will take guests to this island resort, where they can enjoy a few hours or stay for a full day. Guests will meet the captain in front of their resort. The tour is available twice daily: Morning 09:00 to 15:00, after which guests will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

STONE TOWN TO NUNGWI BEACH

Nungwi Beach - In the morning, after breakfast at 10:00 hours, guests will meet our guide and driver for a transfer to the northern coast of Zanzibar for check-in and an overnight stay.

NUNGWI BEACH

Nungwi Beach - Guests can enjoy their days at leisure at the beach hotel, sunbathing. Optional activities can be arranged at an additional cost, followed by an overnight stay.

DEPARTURE

Nungwi Beach - After breakfast, guests will meet our guide and driver for a transfer to the airport for their flight back home. (Please advise flight time)
