- Safari Blue Adventure - Safari Blue is a full-day excursion that begins in Fumba, the ideal starting point for exploring Menai Bay, an officially designated conservation area. This stunning region is home to beautiful, uninhabited islands and is frequently visited by humpback and bottlenose dolphins. Upon arrival in Fumba, guests receive a morning briefing about the Safari Blue adventure. You’ll then head to one of the picturesque sandbanks where you can relax, swim, or snorkel. We provide high-quality snorkeling equipment, and our experienced guides will introduce you to the pristine coral reefs teeming with tropical marine life. Instruction is available for beginners. After snorkeling, enjoy cold drinks, fresh coconut, and local snacks before heading to Kwale Island, where we have a restaurant. The buffet lunch includes fish, slipper lobster, prawns, calamari, rice, and sauces, all served hot from the grill. After lunch, we take a boat to the Blue Lagoon, a natural swimming pool, where you can relax until 3:00 PM, before returning to the hotel.

The tour involves a boat ride where you’ll be accompanied by other guests, as it is a picnic tour with a BBQ lunch. Start with snorkeling, where you’ll encounter a variety of fish, then head to the Sandbank to enjoy swimming and relaxing. A tent is set up on the Sandbank for shade. Next, visit the lagoon or natural swimming pool to admire the Garden of Mangroves. Proceed to Kwale Island to see the Old Baobab tree. Afterward, enjoy a delicious lunch, with vegetarian options available. Post-lunch, you’ll have 30 minutes to explore the island’s shops if you’re interested in shopping. At 3:00 PM, the boat will return to Fumba, and from there, you’ll take your car back to your hotel.
