- King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe Prison Cell - King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe of the Kandyan Kingdom was captured by the British on February 18, 1815, at Medamahanuwara after his officials, including Eheylapola Maha Adhikaram, allied with the British to seize Kandy. The captured king was taken to Colombo, then the British capital, and imprisoned in a small cell to prevent rebellion and serve as a public example. After a brief stay, he was moved to Vellore Prison in India.
- Colombo Fort Clock Tower - Constructed as a clock tower in 1856-57 and completed on February 25, 1857, the Old Colombo Lighthouse or Colombo Fort Clock Tower served as both a clock tower and a lighthouse in Colombo. Although the lighthouse is no longer operational, the tower still functions as a clock tower. It is located at the junction of Chatham Street and Janadhipathi Mawatha (formerly Queens Road) in Colombo Fort.
