If you do one tour- do this one - I've been on all kinds of tours in Mexico, California, Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Nevada, and multiple places in Europe - and this was one of my all time favorites. It was unique, fun, informative, gorgeous plants, and fantastic guides! They honey is divine! I have a new appreciation and respect for honey bees and bee keepers. If you do one tour during your stay on Kauai, you will not go wrong with this one. Best experience out of the water! Thank you to Alexandria and Sarah for an amazing time! Mahalo.

Lydgate Farms does such an great job of hosting a tour, they really anticipate your every need. Jess and Jules were wonderful tour guides and Jules really went above and beyond with the beautiful delicious fruit plates she created to enjoy with the delicious honey. Still not over this... - Still think about this incredible tour and tell anyone who heads here to do it. Brooke and Makenna are just our kind of people. They answered all our questions and felt like we were just friends talking about all things bees - the vibes were splendid. I learned so much and appreciate their love for what they do!

So much fun! - We had such an amazing experience. McKenna and Jules were so amazing, knowledgeable, talented, comfortable, funny, and all around just so nice to be around. We would love to come back in the future, especially if we get McKenna and Jules again! Those two make such a perfect work duo together! Thank you again! -Jack and Olivia Agostini (and our little babe on the way really enjoyed when I ate the honey!!) ❤️

Don’t miss this one, one of the best tours ever - Jess and McKenna were the best kindest tour guides. You sample the honey from the hive you get to hold along with other treats. Very interesting and informative. Loved every minute

A buzzing good time! - What a fabulous, informative adventure! Our guides were McKenna and Jules. These kind ladies were amazing with their knowledge, friendlessness, and food prep! We enjoyed experiencing the bee hives and bees up close and personal but in complete safety. We sampled several honey flavors as well as one directly from the hive which they gave us a sample of to take with us. They also shared some recommendations of other places to visit in the area. 10/10 for this tour, staff, and Lydgate Farms! They also have a chocolate tour which was fabulous, 10/10! Do both, guaranteed a great time and unique experiences!

Awesome Experience! - This was an awesome tour that I would highly recommend to others. It was informative, fun and a totally unique experience. Our guides, McKenna and Jewel, were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job educating us about the bees and the process of making honey. We all had an opportunity to be involved and even got to taste the honey fresh off the frame!

Taking Honey to New Levels - Took the tour as a family with two young girls. McKenna and Jess were both great, lots of enthusiasm and energy, learned a lot about bees, and they were great with taking questions. Also learned a lot about cocoa. The honey was delicious, and we had a tasting with a few varieties afterwards. Including eating some honeycomb that was maybe 5 or 10 minutes out of the hive. We all came away with small jars. I left thinking, damn, I really want to go home and start our own hive. And the diversity in honey flavor was eye-opening. Highly recommend, and you may come back with a deep appreciation of bees and honey.

Amazing and unique experience - Wonderful and up close adventure with a working farm and real honey bees. Alexandria and Jules were our amazing hosts and had such great knowledge to share with us all while keeping us excited and safe. We got to take home the actual honey from the hive we saw and it was so delicious we bought more to bring home. The small group definitely allowed for a personal touch and will absolutely be recommending this tour to everyone I know that will visit the island. Well done!
