- Koloa Landing - After checking in at the shop and presenting the necessary scuba certification, equipment will be prepared, and guests will meet their professional divemaster. They will then be transported to Koloa Landing, Kauai’s renowned shore dive location. Upon arrival, a comprehensive briefing on the site and shore diving procedures will be provided. Following the dive site and safety briefing, guests can dive in and explore the remarkable underwater ecosystem at Koloa Landing, which includes a thriving population of over 50 Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. While sightings cannot be guaranteed due to their wild nature, it is exceptionally uncommon not to encounter them!
Important: This adventure is exclusively for certified divers. Participants must stay below an altitude of 1,000ft for 18 hours after their final dive. This restriction applies to interisland and commercial flights, helicopter tours, skydiving, and visits to Waimea Canyon.

Kauai is renowned for many attractions, but perhaps most notably as a premier natural sanctuary for the Green Sea Turtle. These magnificent creatures can live over 100 years and grow to more than 5 feet in length, making them a truly awe-inspiring sight. In Kauai, the Honu appear to have embraced the Aloha spirit, often approaching divers with curiosity and interest. Protected by the Endangered Species Act since 1979, the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle shows little fear of the divers visiting their habitat. It’s easy to imagine them giving a “shaka” as they swim by, if only they had opposable thumbs.
With more than 1,250 endemic species in the Hawaiian Islands, the Honu is just one of the many fascinating animals to encounter on a tour. Macro photographers will be delighted by the wide array of nudibranchs, cowries, pipefish, and vibrant crustaceans. Adventurers will enjoy the diversity of eels, schooling blue-striped snapper, perching hawkfish, and shape-shifting octopus.
