• Hanalei Bay - Begin your adventure by slipping into the Hanalei River from a private dock. The journey downstream includes sharing the rich history of the Hanalei River and getting comfortable in the kayaks before venturing into Hanalei Bay, where most of the time will be spent. Here, you can observe the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles (Honu) before heading to the beach to land the kayaks and enjoy a 45-minute snorkeling session. Guides will discuss modern reef ecology and highlight key points of interest while snorkeling. Afterward, a full deli-style lunch will be provided, allowing time to relax, socialize, and ask any questions about the island. The guides, who are native to the area, are passionate about sharing their local knowledge.
  This tour requires an 8am check-in and operates from 8:30am to 1pm. Snorkel gear fitting is included (participants may bring their own complete set of gear, or a full set will be provided; mixing and matching gear is not allowed). Full-face masks are not permitted on the tour.

The Hawaiian family is delighted to share the rich history and culture of Hanalei with visitors. The ocean-river combination tour begins at a private dock and leads to a secluded beach. Participants can learn to snorkel in the crystal-clear Pacific waters, surrounded by diverse marine life. Alternatively, guests can enjoy lunch or snacks, engage in storytelling, and unwind on the beach. This tour is perfect for families and is suitable for individuals aged 5 and above.

• Must be at least 5 years of age to participate
• Free & ample public parking available
• 1:1 adult to child ratio required for children under 12
• Participants are welcome to use their personal snorkel gear with the exception of full face snorkel masks. Full Face Snorkel Masks are not permitted on tour. All participants are required to use a traditional 2 piece snorkel and mask set.
• 225lbs weight limit per person (exception of up to 250lbs if 6’ or taller)
• Pregnant travelers 28 weeks or less are welcome to participate
• All participants must be in good physical health, can paddle on their own, & get in/out of kayak on their own without assistance
