Great Experience Boat Diving with Seasport on Kauai - For my first visit to Kauai, I booked a morning two-tank boat dive with Seasport Divers. Anyone who wants to dive Kauai should check them out especially if you are staying near Poipu! Great boat (thanks, Captain Sean), cool safe dives…can’t wait to dive with Seasport again.. A few things impressed me especially: 1. My local dive shop closed quite suddenly and I was in a bind to get my dive equipment checked out. Marvin, the Seasport owner, was able to take a quick look while I waited—just a small tweak and no charge! 2. Our dive guide, Amelie, was great—friendly and on top of everything! She pointed out tons of turtles and nudis, a nice shark and led excellent swim-throughs in some cool caves. Dina, an instructor who was on the boat doing a class, was totally willing to help anyone who needed anything. 3. The parking was free and easy. There were good facilities to rinse equipment post-dive . The shop is clean—-and seems well-stocked (which isn’t always the case with every dive operator) because a guy on the charter was able to buy a new mask and snorkel that he was pleased with before the dive. Last thing…A huge thanks and gold star for service to Jacob, Sean and Caleb, the guys working at the shop, who literally crawled around on the floor with me looking for my lost dive computer charger saving me $50+!! They were totally nice about it too! :)

Incredible experience - Nat Geo worthy - We had an incredible experience diving with Seasport. We saw tons of fish, turtles, eel, and even had a once in a lifetime “interaction” with a juvenile Hawaiian monk seal. It kept circling back to us

Awesome Crew, Amazing Dives - These guys are awesome. My wife and I had a great experience on a morning dive outing with Debbie, Kole, and Thomas. Debbie is an excellent dive master, knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic. The boat we were on was very nice, clean, and spacious! Rental gear was also in excellent condition, and of course the dives were so much fun. We also had an issue with our car back at the shop and Marvin was able to save the day - so incredibly grateful and appreciative of everyone here.

Diving Kauai - Was an incredible experience and very professional. My dive master Anthony made it a priority to help me find the dragon moray and took me diving at night to find it. Was lucky enough to see dolphins and a monk seal while diving! Carlos was amazing as well, helping my fiancé, a new diver, feel comfortable and safe. He also found rare critters and animals for us to see. I will absolutely dive with them again.

Awesome Diving in Kaua’i. - Fantastic 2 dive experience. Captain Jordan had extensive knowledge and experience about the island, dive sites and found us some spinner dolphins between dives. Dive Master Luke was great working with every diver for a great underwater experience. All helped by amazing clarity and fun at both dive sites. A white tip shark, turtles, octopus, nudis, eels, caves, crazy amount and variety of fish. The rental gear was top notch to make the day a top dive experience! Well done to the entire team!!

Another great dive experience - This was a great trip - small group of 5 divers + Capt. Jordan and DM Luke. The visibility was the best I’ve seen in a long time (150’ +) and the sites had all “the usual suspects” - turtles, octopus, eels, schools of fish, shells, etc. pod of spinners right tnext to the boat while we were hanging out during the surface interval. Seasport continues to deliver great diving experiences!

Worst dive experience ever - we arrived at the store on time. We sat there for 10 minutes before anybody said hello. We got our rental gear and drove with „Instructor‘ Anthony to the harbor. Captain Jordan gave us good safety instructions. On board, Anthony did‘t talk to us at all. We had booked a Nitrox dive, but we have not been told what gas mix was in the tanks nor was it analysed on the boat. That is a breach of safety procedures we never experienced before. No snacks were offered between the two dives. The whole atmosphere on board was unfriendly and cold, we never felt welcome at any time. There was no briefing before the second dive at all. Anthony was indifferent and the only conversation with him took place when we ate a banana that we brought and he screwed us over that he assumed we had never been on a US Boat brfore , because any Captain would kick our butts out for eating bananas on boats.. The dive itself was good and when we came back to shore, they transported us to the base. No good bye or a friendly word was said.. In summary, that was the exact opposite of a pleasant diving experience. This is very sad, for in 2011 we had several great dives with Seasport divers on our honeymoon trip. Never again ! No recommendation ‼️
