Our guide was awesome, he... - Our guide was awesome, he was so informative, fun, kind. He even gave us walking sticks to use that were so useful because it was muddy and slippery in many spots. No one else we saw on the trail had them.

Exciting - Great experience. I’m 71 the kayak was great the hike was a little intense for me. Very slippery crossing a river and muddy path but once you get to the falls it’s worth the journey.

The experience was... - The experience was amazing but our guide Mikayla made it the best… it rained heavily the whole night before so we weren’t able to hike to the Falls… she made the trip fun and was very knowledgeable and friendly!

Great experience - The kayak/ hike tour was fantastic! Michaela was super friendly, patient and incredibly informative. She made the whole experience enjoyable. Our group included two grandparents, two parents, a 12-year-old, and a 6-year-old — and everyone had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend - This kayak and hike tour was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and so much fun. Our guide, Zack, was amazing—knowledgeable about the area, wildlife, and local history, and he had a great sense of humor. He loves to tell (and hear!) jokes, which made the trip even more enjoyable and full of laughs. The kayaking portion was peaceful with beautiful views, and the hike was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Zack made sure everyone felt comfortable, included, and entertained the entire time. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning to come back. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and a good laugh along the way!

October enjoyment - Kayaking tandem can be more difficult than kayaking alone. Otherwise it is a beautiful journey of about 2 miles. The hike, which is about 1.5 miles to a waterfall is through mud and many shallow streams. For us in October the waterfall was almost nonexistant. Still it was fun. Zach was a great, caring and entertaining guide. The hike was of course another 1.5 miles back and another, more difficult 2 mile paddle back to the beginning.

Amazing experience made even better by Mikaela. - Amazing experience with a very reasonable difficulty level. Our guide Mikaela was outstanding. Her personality, knowledge, attentiveness and ability to connect with everyone in the group made her one of the best parts of this experience. Being in our 50’s, and having done many, many tours over the years with our kids, you appreciate a guide like Mikaela when you get one. Whatever the company pays her, it’s not enough. Both the kayak and hike were awesome and the falls were fantastic. If you’re undecided about booking this tour…let me decide for you……just book it.

Amazing Kayaking Experience - This was one of our favorite excursions/experiences during our whole trip. We hiked other areas and didn’t have nearly as much fun. Our tour guide Brian was amazing. His energy and knowledge was unmatched; had quite a few jokes along the way as well. We had an older gentlemen who had issues along the way and Brian was so nice and patient enough to haul him and his wife most of the way to the Falls. Kayaking was perfect. A bit of a long stretch of water to paddle through but it was super rewarding. We were blessed with perfect weather the whole time. We definitely felt the aftermath of paddling for 1.5 hours (45 there and 45 back) so be prepared to have a workout on your shoulders. Met some cool folks in our group and we definitely felt like a family. We all helped each other during the hike. Everyone was patient and waited for the older gentleman. Brian walked with him most of the trip. I don’t know who else would have done that. The hike to the falls was gorgeous. Shade all the way, history lessons here and there; jokes all the time. Wonderful experience. Although there was not much of a water fall, it was still rewarding. Brian rocks!
