Rock and roll you won’t be disappointed. - Captain was coast guard vet and beyond skilled. Hang on to your hats for this bumpy but exhilarating ride. The cave experience is beyond. So beautiful. A perfect few hours of rock & roll reggae fun. You won’t be disappointed. Please tip! We were very surprised that not more people did so given everyone expressed the experience was a 10!

Na Pali Coast - We had a lot of confidence in the captain and crew. This is the only reasonable (and fun) way to see the cliffs

E-Ticket experience well worth the money - My daughter talked me into this, thought I might be too old for this, but glad she did!!! This was an excellent adventure, we were a group of six, four of us rode up front and two in the middle, ride up front and you'll never regret it. We will do it again when back in Kauai, without hesitation. While there is no wine and cheese or a picnic, you easily make up for that with the excitement of the ride itself! (they did have some light snacks and refreshments onboard) The caves were exciting, but the real treat was the ride out and the history storytelling of the famed Na Pali Coast While this is an e-ticket ride, the Capitan was more than professional and we never worried at all, plus he has a great play list that is blasting while your speeding along the coast, everyone new a song or two. All I can say is don't sit in the back- Boring!!! There are showers and restrooms at the boat launch area where we met at, bring fresh clothes to change into after the trip, you get a bit salty after snorkeling.

Awesome Experience!! - This was an incredible experience! We had beautiful weather so the ride was not overly bumpy and we were able to explore all of the caves and to go a little further than they typically travel. The scenery is so breathtaking!! Brandon and Cassie were very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about the history and geography. The weather conditions also allowed us to snorkel. We also saw dolphins and sea turtles. I highly recommend!!

Proceed with caution - This trip might be great for anyone under 30, but if you're over 30, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. While the sights along the Nā Pali Coast are absolutely beautiful and worth seeing, they are only a small part of the overall experience. The real focus of this excursion is the high-speed, high-impact boat ride — essentially a rollercoaster on water. The ride is extremely physically demanding. Imagine a small boat hitting waves at over 40 miles per hour — not for 20 minutes, but for three hours straight. As a passenger, you're required to stay seated, which means you can't use your legs as shock absorbers. All the impact goes directly into your spine and tailbone. Meanwhile, the captain and crew stand the entire time, which makes me wonder if they fully understand how rough the ride is for seated passengers. The only safety feature provided is a rope to hold onto and another rope to hook your foot under. That’s it. Within 20 minutes, the skin on my knuckles was rubbed raw and bleeding from gripping the rope while being slammed around against the boat’s canvas. And we still had two and a half hours to go. I later found out the captain had gloves available — but they weren’t offered until after my hands were already bleeding. Passengers are also required to place one bare foot under the rope (shoes are collected before boarding), which caused similar painful rubbing and blistering on the tops of our feet. Now, for context: I grew up boating in Alaska on rough seas, and I love speed — but this was a different experience entirely. This isn’t a short, thrilling ride like water skiing or a typical fishing trip where the captain tries to avoid hitting the waves. This ride is relentless and designed for adrenaline, not comfort or sightseeing. To reduce the impact on my spine, I ended up holding a squat position for most of the trip — which left my legs sore for days. My husband experienced whiplash-like symptoms and had neck pain for days afterward. We’re both 53 and physically fit, but this excursion seriously impacted the rest of our vacation due to the lingering pain. I would never recommend this trip to anyone who: Has even mild back or neck issues, Isn’t in excellent physical shape (i.e., works out daily), Is looking for a relaxing sightseeing experience. Bottom line: this tour is not about exploring the coast — it’s about enduring a very intense, high-speed boat ride. Proceed with caution, and know what you’re signing up for.
