Participants remain fully clothed while lying on a massage table, with a blanket available for added comfort.

The Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body, such as the head, shoulders, stomach, and feet. Each hand position is maintained for several minutes, allowing energy to flow through the body, helping to release blockages and align energy. During the session, individuals may experience subtle sensations like warmth, tingling, or a profound sense of calm. Some may feel as if they enter a meditative state.
