The early morning began with a light, village-style breakfast, which was a lovely and authentic way to ease into the experience before the flight. Our pilot, Bilal, was exceptional. His skill, calm confidence, and deep knowledge of the region made a real difference. He navigated the balloon beautifully, giving us the most breathtaking views at sunrise. You could tell we were in very capable hands, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of choosing Lord Balloons is that the flight takes place over Soğanlı Valley, which offers a more intimate and serene alternative to the more crowded areas of Cappadocia. Instead of large clusters of balloons, you experience a quieter, more personal atmosphere, allowing you to truly take in the landscape, the stillness, and the beauty of the surroundings. The flight itself was magical. Floating gently over the valley as the sun rose created a moment that felt peaceful, surreal, and deeply memorable. The experience concluded with a celebratory champagne toast upon landing, along with a fun and memorable touch—each guest was presented with a medal to mark the occasion. Everything was handled with a high level of care and professionalism, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Excellent Balloon Ride, Great Views, Fun Team! - This was such a fun experience! We wanted to do something different than the Göreme region and this was definitely a good alternative. Bilal, our pilot, had a great sense of humor and made the ride that much more fun. They really wanted you to make sure we're having a good time. Totally recommend!
