- Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls - Known as the 7 Wells, this waterfall is situated on the northwest of Langkawi islands, at the base of the Matchinchang Cambrian UNESCO Geo-forest. This ancient rainforest, with a canopy several hundred years old, is home to a variety of wildlife including birds, monkeys, insects, snakes, civets, mouse deer, and aquatic life. National Geographic has documented five flying animals here: the colugo, flying squirrel, flying fox, flying lizards, and the paradise flying snake.
The rich diversity of tropical rainforest plants makes it a special destination for nature enthusiasts. The Seven Wells offers two swimming spots: one at the base where the stunning waterfall can be admired, and another at the top where several pools have been naturally carved over time. Locals believe that fairies bathe in these pools. From the top, visitors can enjoy views of the cable car atop Machinchang peaks and the ocean. This natural Jacuzzi is filled with clean, fresh spring water that is refreshingly cool.
- Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls - The meeting point is at the coffee shop next to the 7 Wells parking area. Guests will be greeted by a nature guide and given a safety briefing. The adventure begins with a 40-minute trek to the blue pool, with commentary on the plants and animals that may be encountered along the way. At the blue pool, visitors can swim or dip their feet. The trek continues to the top of the Seven Wells, where guests can swim in the natural pools, relax, take photos and videos, or sunbathe. The journey concludes at the bottom of the Seven Wells for more photo opportunities, followed by a visit to the local shop at the car park for a complimentary drink of either coffee or fresh chilled coconut.
