Caretta Scuba boat trip - Viator really is one of the best apps to arrange trips. Transfer picked up exactly on time, the trip was amazing and the transfer back was also perfect.

Unforgettable Scenery, Great Service – Even If Visibility Wasn’t Perfect - I went scuba diving in Antalya this June — overall, it was a great experience, even though the water conditions weren’t ideal. June is a popular time, but the sea was a bit cloudy, so visibility underwater was low and we didn’t see many fish. That said, everything else more than made up for it. The organization was excellent from start to finish. Our driver from the hotel to the marina was fantastic — super friendly and punctual. The boat was comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was really relaxed and enjoyable. Swimming around the rocky coastline and mountains was just amazing. Even without perfect scuba conditions, being in that scenery was an unforgettable experience. The instructors were all professional, patient, and friendly. Our coach was especially polite and helpful. You could tell the whole team knew what they were doing, which made the whole day feel very safe and smooth. All in all, I highly recommend this trip — especially for the views and the great service. Just be aware that visibility underwater can vary depending on the season.

Good Experience - My first time diving was fun. I was little nervous because the equipment wasn't setup properly during my first diving attempt but I was fortunate enough to communicate with my instructor. Other than that I successfully passed my first test to get my license as a professional diver.

Highlight of the holiday - That was the highlight of our holiday. We were picked up on time and drove from the old town about 1 hour to Kemer. The whole team was friendly and helpful. With regard to the dive everything was explained in detail and attention was paid to the safety of all divers. Oki (dive instructor) spoke flawless German, mastered his subject and was one of the most likeable guys ever. Great recommendation.

Disorganized and Misleading Dive Tour - Discovery/Trial Dive - Unfortunately, the experience did not go well. Although I’m open water scuba-certified, the tour turned out to be a discovery/trial dive, which wasn’t clearly indicated in the booking. The pickup was delayed by 30 minutes, and by 11:40 a.m., we were still at the port. The entire trip was disorganized, with long periods of downtime and confusion onboard. I was charged an extra $30 for a second “long” dive, yet the first dive lasted only 30 minutes—half of which was spent with the instructor trying to remove an octopus from a rock. By 2 p.m., we were still at the first dive site just 200 meters from the port. I requested to be dropped off early and received a refund for the second dive. Prior to the trip, I had asked Capella Travel for a detailed itinerary with specific departure and return times but never received proper information. The lack of communication and the constant arguments between the captain and a female crew member further worsened the experience.

VERY DANGEROUS DIVING, DONT GO HERE! - Please read! This was a very unsafe diving experience! They let anyone over 14 do a discovery dive (5m/15ft) with little to no instructions or guidance. During our trip there were multiple instances of people being given gear to put on, and told to jump in water that was 5m/15ft deep going into a full panic. One individual was so panicked that she was thrashing wildly & was unable to have anyone help her for some time. For those like me doing open water diving down to 20m/60ft the diving brief/ talk of a dive plan is 30 seconds long where all they they say is "hold your partners hand the whole time and if you let go & can't find them re-surface after 10 minutes" They also pre-assemble your gear & don't let you check any of it. When I protested & said I needed to check the gear, I was continuously pressured to do so quickly and told that we had no time. When checking my gear I heard air leaking from my tank which I pointed out to an instructor who told me its minimal & not to worry. I was also not given a depth meter, as well as noticing that my BC unit had no place where I could fasten my second regulator. Finally, as a diver certified in the US I am accustomed to using weights in lbs which meant I had to ask staff for help with how much weight in KG to use. Weighing 70kg I was instructed & given 10kg which I now know is way too much. My big mistake was not calling off the dive. Instead, after more pressure from staff I inflated my BC & jumped in the water with 150 BAR of air which they told me is a full tank. As we start descending my wife (dive partner) noticed big bubbles leaking from my tank & pointed it out to an instructor who nodded & gave the "we are ok" signal. I myself quickly noticed that I was sinking really fast & had to peddle quite hard to descend slowly. Eventually at the bottom, I tried to inflate my BC to get neutral boyancy. I then noticed that even if fully inflated I was sinking & informed my instructor. He attempted to adjust my weights for some time which the dive captain eventually noticed. The dive captain came over stating I need to ascend as there are issues with my gear. This turned out to be a saving grace as due to the heavy air leakage I got to the surface with only around 25 BAR of air left after being in the water only a few minutes. The final detail to share is that we also ascended with no safety stop which has left me with quite a headache.
