Mombasa/Diani to Tsavo West
Tsavo National Park West - Departing from Mombasa in the early morning, the safari journey follows the Nairobi – Mombasa highway. A stopover is made along the way for refreshments. Arrival at Tsavo West National Park is mid-morning, where game viewing begins en-route to the accommodations within the Park. After checking in, guests can freshen up and enjoy a buffet lunch. Later, an afternoon game viewing drive includes a visit to the rhino sanctuary. Dinner and an overnight stay are at the Camp.
Tsavo West to Amboseli
Amboseli National Park - The day starts early with a pre-breakfast game and scenery viewing drive. The journey leads to Mzima Springs to observe hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish, and various bird species. Returning to the base for breakfast, the journey continues to Amboseli. The 140 km journey through the jungle arrives at the base in Amboseli in time for lunch. After freshening up and enjoying a buffet lunch, the afternoon is spent exploring Amboseli. An afternoon game viewing drive in this open park offers opportunities to spot prides of lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and wildebeests.
Amboseli to Tsavo East
Tsavo National Park East - After breakfast at the camp, guests check out and drive east towards the expansive wilderness of Tsavo East National Park, Kenya’s oldest and largest park. Arrival and check-in occur in time for lunch. The afternoon is dedicated to exploring the park, with chances to see elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, kudu, zebras, and hartebeests.
Tsavo East to Mombasa
Mombasa - An early morning game drive allows for further exploration of this magnificent park, home to over 500 bird species. Returning to the camp for breakfast, the journey back to Mombasa begins, arriving in the late afternoon. As the adventure concludes, guests can enjoy the beaches and sights of Mombasa or embark on a self-guided city tour.
