2 day Nairobi to Amboseli tour - Absolutely Recommend - Thank you Francis & Kenya Bush - I had the pleasure of doing a solo tour with Driver Francis from Kenya Bush for a 2 day Nairobi to Amboseli tour. He was extremely friendly and accomodating and made the overall experience that much better, be it on the journey or on the safari itself always going above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend and will be requesting his services for any future safari tours!

Great experience! - This was an incredible laid back yet exciting experience. David and Edwin are bosses in their own right and provided excellent commentary and that Kenyan driving style. Yet we felt safe all the way. What I loved most was the patience. We waited at least 20 minutes to see an elephant herd pass before us. That was freaking awesome. Also the where is Waldo excitement while looking for lions was awesome. (We found them). If you can do yourself a favor and book them private tour. And ask for David and Edwin.

Has Amboseli lost its last attractions? Less animals, worse facilities? Tanzania National Parks were better. - Compared with National Parks in Tanzania, it seems Ambozeli National Park lost past attractiveness. Compared with the past, less wild animals, less cats, facilities seemed dilapidated, and the overall environment deteriorated. While it is possible to do a day trip, it may not be truly worth it. If you have choice, I would definitely go to National parks in Tanzania. Density of animals including big 5 is notably higher on Tanzania side, as they got top Safari destination awards in recent years.
