Diani/Mombasa to Tsavo East
Tsavo National Park East - Guests will be collected from their hotel by our driver at 6:30 am, traveling along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway to reach Buchuma Gate in Tsavo East by approximately 10:00 am. The adventure begins with a game drive, visiting sites such as Aruba Dam, a waterhole constructed by the British Army in 1952 during the colonial era. Expect to encounter numerous elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, and more. The game drive continues until 1:30 pm, followed by check-in and lunch at the lodge (Voi Wildlife Lodge, Ngutuni Lodge, or a similar establishment). After a two-hour rest, guests will embark on another game drive, seeking out lions, ostriches, gnus, gazelles, giraffes, and other wildlife until sunset. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
Tsavo East to Diani/Mombasa
Tsavo National Park East - Start the day with an early breakfast before setting off on a morning game drive in Tsavo East National Park. At around 9:00 am, the journey back to Mombasa/Diani begins. Upon arrival, guests will be dropped off at their beach hotel at approximately 2:00 pm, marking the end of the safari.
