Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Nairobi between 6:00 and 6:30 am, and then enjoy a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. En route, there will be a stop at the Lake Nakuru viewpoint to admire the stunning Great Rift Valley landscape.

Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park, a 4-hour game drive awaits. This offers an opportunity to witness Kenya’s extraordinary birdlife around the picturesque lakes of the Great Rift Valley. Keep an eye out for other wildlife grazing along the shore, including some of Africa’s iconic game animals. Lake Nakuru is renowned for hosting one of the most spectacular bird displays on earth, with often over a million pink flamingos feeding in the warm, shallow waters.

Lunch will be enjoyed at one of the park’s lodges before setting off on another game drive. Depending on the wildlife sightings, departure from the park will be between 3:00 and 4:00 pm, with an expected return to Nairobi for hotel drop-off between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.
