Nairobi City to Masai Mara Game Reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Travel from Nairobi City to Masai Mara Game Reserve. The operator will pick guests up from the hotel or airport and drive to Masai Mara, with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

The journey continues through Longonot and Suswa, reaching the Western walls with another stopover at Narok for refueling. Lunch will be served before arriving at the Mara in time for an evening game drive, where guests can spot the Big Five (Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo, and Rhinos). Return to the lodge late in the evening just in time for dinner. After dinner, enjoy a campfire gathering under Africa’s clear sky, followed by an overnight stay at the lodge.

Full Day Game

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Spend a full day at the Masai Mara game reserve. Drive across the plains in search of the Big Cats (black-maned lions, cheetahs, and leopards) with a picnic lunch served at the Mara River site. During this period, vast herds of wildebeest and zebra roam the Mara grasslands in large numbers.

Witness the annual migrations, where millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the Mara plains to feed on the lush new grass from the Serengeti. There is also an opportunity to see other plains game like the Topi, hartebeest, and Eland. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Depart Masai Mara and Head Back to Nairobi

Nairobi - After an early morning breakfast, enjoy a game drive en route to Nairobi City. There will be stopovers in towns to allow guests to purchase souvenirs. Arrival is expected late in the afternoon, followed by a drop-off at the hotel or airport.
