Amboseli National Park - The safari adventure begins with a pick-up from the city hotel or JKIA Airport at 7 am. The journey to Amboseli National Park leads to a lodge arrival for lunch. After a restful break, an afternoon game drive awaits. Amboseli National Park is home to thousands of elephants and is one of Kenya’s top safari destinations, second only to the Masai Mara. Besides elephants, the park hosts the rest of the Big Five: lions, leopards, buffalos, and giraffes. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
Amboseli National Park
Amboseli National Park - Enjoy a full day of wildlife exploration within the park. Lunch will be served at the lodge. The 5,891m summit of Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest freestanding mountain and Africa’s highest peak, is located in Tanzania, yet the best views are from Amboseli. Often obscured by clouds, the mountain’s iconic snow-capped peak is usually visible at dusk and dawn, rising 5km (3.1mi) above the plains. The safari wraps up in the evening with a return to the lodge.
Amboseli National Park - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Ol Pejeta Conservancy - After a delightful breakfast at the lodge, the journey to Ol Pejeta begins. Arrival at Sweetwaters Serena Camp includes lunch and a brief rest. The afternoon offers game viewing within the conservancy. Home to the Big Five, Ol Pejeta provides remarkable wildlife sightings, including the last two Northern white rhinos. It also serves as a sanctuary for over 165 critically endangered black rhinos. The Sweetwaters chimpanzee sanctuary, established in 1993, offers a natural habitat for orphaned chimpanzees. These chimpanzees are rehabilitated and released into the conservancy. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Aberdares The Ark Lodge
Aberdare National Park - After breakfast at the lodge, the departure to Aberdare National Park begins at 8.00 am. The Ark, overlooking a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, attracts a variety of wildlife. Modeled after Noah’s Ark, it features four viewing decks with balconies and lounges for excellent game viewing from the lodge’s comfort. Lunch is served at the Aberdares Country Club before transferring to the Ark Lodge.
Aberdares National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park
Lake Nakuru National Park - After breakfast, bid farewell to Aberdare and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy an en route game drive to the lodge located within the park. Check-in for lunch and a rest, followed by an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Lake Nakuru National Park-Lake Naivasha Hell’s Gate National Park
Lake Naivasha - After breakfast, depart the lodge for a drive to Lake Naivasha, checking in at the lodge for an early lunch. Then, visit Hell’s Gate National Park for a game drive. Optional activities include hiking the gorges, cycling among wildlife, or a boat ride. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Lake Naivasha National Park - Masai Mara National Game Reserve
Maasai Mara National Reserve - Begin the day early with a drive to Masai Mara. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge. After a brief rest, embark on a game drive within the park. Maasai Mara is renowned for its diverse wildlife and scenic savannah grasslands. It offers the highest concentration of wildlife in the region, making it ideal for game viewing. As the sun sets, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Masai Mara National Game Reserve
Maasai Mara National Reserve - After breakfast at the lodge, enjoy a full day game drive with a picnic-style packed lunch in the park. A balloon ride can be arranged at an additional cost. The classic Mara landscape features golden savannah, ideal for cheetahs to hunt Thomson’s gazelle. From July, two million wildebeest cross the Mara River into the Masai Mara National Reserve to graze on the lush savannah. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Masai Mara National Game Reserve-Nairobi
Maasai Mara National Reserve - After breakfast, pack and begin the drive back to Nairobi. Lunch is reserved at the Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch, drop-off is arranged at the city hotel or JKIA Airport, depending on flight schedules.
