Mzima Springs - At 8:00 am, guests will be picked up from their hotel or the airport and driven to Tsavo West National Park via the Mombasa Nairobi Trans-African highway, entering through the Bachuma Gate. A game drive will be enjoyed en route to Ngulia Safari Lodge, where check-in will occur just in time for lunch. After lunch and a brief rest, an afternoon game drive will follow.
Full Day Game Drive in Tsavo West
Mzima Springs - Departing at 8:00 am after breakfast, guests will embark on a full-day game drive in the park with a picnic lunch. A stop at Mzima Springs, the main source of Mombasa’s fresh water, will be included. Visitors can walk down to an underwater observation chamber to watch hippos or crocodiles swim in the clear spring waters. Later, guests will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Return from Tsavo West to Mombasa
Mzima Springs - After an early morning breakfast, guests will begin a morning game drive en route to Mombasa, with increased chances of spotting predators. The journey concludes with a drop-off at the hotel or airport in Mombasa.
