Jeita Grotto - The Jeita Grotto is a remarkable system of two distinct yet connected karstic limestone caves, formed over millions of years, and is the longest cave complex in the Middle East. Situated 300 meters above sea level, it has a height difference of 305 meters. The upper cave of Jeita stretches 2,130 meters and boasts a rich variety of crystallized formations, including stalactites, stalagmites, columns, mushrooms, ponds, curtains, and draperies. The lower gallery, measuring 6,200 meters in length, lies 60 meters beneath the upper gallery and features a serene underwater river and lake.

The shrine is distinguished by a massive 15-ton bronze statue of the Immaculate Conception, Mother of God, standing 8.5 meters tall with a diameter of five meters. Churches of Harissa - Harissa is a prominent Christian pilgrimage location featuring a shrine dedicated to Our Lady of Lebanon. The site is marked by a large 15-ton bronze and painted white statue of the Virgin Mary, known as Our Lady of Lebanon or Notre Dame du Liban, with her arms outstretched. This statue, created at the end of the 19th century and inaugurated in 1908, houses a small chapel at its base. Additionally, a grand cathedral made of concrete and glass stands next to the statue. Nearby, various churches of different Christian denominations can be found, including the Byzantine-style Melkite Greek Catholic basilica of St. Paul, located south of the statue and constructed between 1948 and 1998, the Apostolic Nunciature (Papal Embassy), and the residences of four patriarchs of Eastern Catholic Churches.

Byblos Castle - Byblos Castle is a restored 12th-century Crusader castle, encircled by a 10-meter-wide dry moat, located within Byblos’ captivating archaeological site, which includes the ruins of the Temple of Baalat Gebal and the Temple of the Obelisks. This impressive structure provides a superb view over the ruins from its foursquare keep. Below the walls, a series of Bronze Age dwellings can be clearly seen as you gaze towards the sea. Inside the castle, there is a small museum and a room with information panels detailing the city’s history.
